Really a great little place. We booked out the entire place - 8 rooms. Food was good, service even better and they were extremely accommodating. We had a meeting in the afternoon and a braai in the evening. Place was extremely clean and well furnished and has some nice personal touches. Great place

I highly recommend the stay there. Warm welcome from Ms Rose and Ms Gail. The place is beautiful, serene atmosphere. My room looked so beautiful, smelled good and very clean. Breakfast served fresh, as I requested it. Room service excellent, always cleaned on time. I loved the music played while I had breakfast. Staff checked if all is good, Ms Gail, thanks, I was going to miss my morning flight, you came to my room to wake me as I overslept-thank you Beautiful service, Keep it up.

Very beautiful, clean and peaceful accommodation. It literally took us 3 to 5 minutes walk to Sunset Beach. The staff (Gail & Rose) are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Lovely enjoy every minute of it and the staff was polite,helpful and very professional. The accomodations was as depicted on the website, so all in all my wife and I really enjoy the stay and won't mind going back in the near future.

Beautiful guest house. If you're a heavy packer you might find the rooms small but otherwise it's a great place. The host can sometimes get a little annoying, or maybe it was just us, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Would recommend

It is very rare to find anything that is exactly as represented. Atlantic Beach Villa is one such place, Rooms are very nice well appointed and spotless - the location worked well for me, I needed easy access to the freeway, nothing was to far away - so perfect. Now the BUT - The service - this exceeded my expectations by a long way, The arrival greeting was warm and friendly, the daily banter over a lovely freshly prepared breakfast was a big highlight of my morning. In general you felt at home and as if nothing was too much trouble ! A highly recommended Gem - very close to everything in the Mother City. If I am fortunate to visit again I know where I am heading.
