    Never have I ever had an experience like this in a Lovisa store. I've been to many stores, even outside of the Western Cape. As a retail worker I'm disgusted with the customer service and the attitude of staff. Shop assistant blocked shelves and many customers couldn't reach that section. I had to ask the assistant if I can have a look... I'm dreading to open my package as I saw the way it was handled. This is only to name a few points. Lovisa, please invest in customer service training.

    They advertise titanium and surgical steel but it's definitely not. The quality of their jewellery is shocking. Not to mention they pierce with a gun which is banned in most countries, it's gross

    I love Lovisa. Problem is the staff. Arrogant unfriendly, unhelpful. Serious looking and unapproachable ladies working on the sunday afternoon shift. They need some interpersonal skills and customer service training

    Apparently they dont print receipts so I had to give my email address. Now I have an endless amount of promotional emails from them when I did not consent to this. Really frustrating when businesses to do this. Jewellery does not last long enough so based on these two points, it will be the last time i purchase from lovisa.

    Lovisa is my favourite store to go to in terms of cosmetic jewellery or just getting gifts for family or friends. They are extremely affordable, they have the best specials and have a nice variety. I recently discovered that they have an online store too, which is great. However, I will be honest and say that just becareful what you buy because not all the items will last you very long and the jewellery can fall apart now and then or the colour will fade.

    They didn't have the item I was looking for in stock so I might have to order from their online store. However the store was well lit and busy, and the staff were friendly. They had a good range of jewelry for cheap prices.

    Am a fan of this store but last week I bought nice pair of earrings, one of the pair was faulty and came to report and I was told I would only be given one to replace. I don’t know if that means I should be grateful or what but am 100% sure if it was someone else they would have gave them a complete pair

    Bought an expensive belly ring. It rusted after 2 weeks and caused an infection. Poor quality and really isn’t worth the money. I also contacted customer service via email and received no response.

    Rude staff! The cashier barely acknowledged my child who had purchased a gift for her sister and furthermore- spoke openly to her colleague about my child when my back was turned. Ridiculous behaviour!

    This store must have the worst customer service!!! I went in and was browsing for a specific item in the sterling silver section. I reached out to look at an item when two staff members shouted at me for being in their way as they needed to take an image of that section. I stood aside while they packed stock along the sides of the section and then took the picture. I waited between 5 - 7 minutes for this. In that time I could have looked at the item I wanted to look at and seen it was not the item I needed and left. While I was waiting they shouted at another customer for wanting to look at that same section. In what world do employees shout at customers for looking at the products that they are supposed to be trying to upmarket & sell ? Disgusting! I think your staff needs to go on a customer service course!

    Rude staff!! A lady was in the story with me, both looking for earrings. The lady mentioned how she doesn't like if people buy her earrings because earrings are a personal item to buy to your taste. I couldn't decide between two pairs so I asked this woman who I chatted to briefly earlier while she was at the counter. The rude sales assistant told me with an attitude, to step aside and wait my turn. I can't even speak to another customer? Excuse me! I told her I'm just asking a question! So rude. The customer turned and kindly chatted, I showed her the dress I'm going to wear and she kindly helped me pick the best one. What a lovely customer. But the Sales assistant needs to have training of now to speak to customers and fix her customer service skills!! Also she refused to print me a receipt unless I give her my personal email address. Why should I give out my personal email address? Rather just print it for me. It takes 2 seconds!

    The shop is very small but has quite a huge variety. They have beautiful pieces of jewellery. Their earrings are so unique with the different designs and themes. Love their hair accessories as well. Only issue is when shop gets packed it is very difficult to move around in the store or to get to the object you wish to view.

For special occasions they also have beautiful jewelry with more shine and quality! My first stop when looking for any accessories.
