Enjoy the welcome and friendly service. My son even mentioned that they are quite quick in preparing the food. The double crunch fillet was juicy with no hard ends. One thing missing was the spiced salt. Other than that I'd see myself going there more often.

Most of the time where my orders come from. When the service is good is good but when they mess up they mess up epically. Just would like a faster turnaround for order queries not having to call in and be placed on hold. Other than that I will give it to the store that they do resolve the query fairly quickly and professionally. One very important note if you can pass on to packing staff is to ensure that the lids on the mash and slaw are closed properly because by the time you open bag the driver is gone. Have done online ordering here a few times; Up to now no problem - service is good; Quality satisfactory. Two issues encountered this time: 1. 3 x Zinger burgers on order; Only 1 was available when I got there; 2. This was the first time I ordered the "Twister" . I was bitterly disappointed at the product. Does KFC actually charge R52.90 for this? Day light robbery indeed. See what I got compared to the pic on the website.

Even though we shop at Sansbury mall often, this was the first time that we supported KFC Faure. The service was very fast and effective. The chicken was crispy yet tender and juicy and the chips were divine👌

Once again this KFC has been nothing but a disappointment. This is at least the 5th time we've gone to get ice cream/ice cream type dessert and there's no ice cream. We've had to stand in a queue at the drive through just to be told they don't have ice cream, there's no sign up outside to say there's no ice cream. Today I went inside to order, once again no signs up to say there's no ice cream, I ordered with their self ordering machine, happily took my money only to find out afterwards there's no ice cream. At this point you guys may as well take your ice cream desserts off your menu because your machine works as much as a McDonald's ice cream machine.

Used the Qskip on the app so I could a oud the queue only to get there and my order wasn't prepared. I had to show them my order multiple times and it was still incorrect. Waited 40 minutes and didn't skip the queue at all...

Poor service, I waited for 10 wings 30 minutes while they said it will take 6 minutes. When asked bout my order the guy was helping me yhooo his face was not for serving the customers everything was bad.

The chicken did not taste like it had the colonel's seven herbs and spices ... it was bland. Once again the chips tasted like they were stale - not crispy on the outside and soft in the inside... not nice at all!! Ordered the coleslaw - what a disappointment... totally tasteless! As in seriously - not wasting my money on horrible food again. KFC has now lost me as a customer.
