Great place. Spacious and clean apartments with strong and stable WiFi. In a formerly rough neighborhood but now sufficiently gentrified to make everyone feel save. Free parking and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. Nice views as well.

Wow the place is very lovely and modern. The location and surrounding area is in contrast (more an industrial area), but the hotel itself has restaurants on the bottom and a bar with a gym on the middle floors. The rooms also are spacious with a open living room plan (some units) and good views all around. Considering the area the units pricing is average to high

A special hotel with some great spaces. I personally would move the pin ball machine out of the common area, as a Business owner it was frustrating trying to work while kids played pinball. Feel you have the space to create a games room, this is however a personal opinion. Room was spacey and very modern, loved the industrial feel. Incredibly friendly staff.

They've got lovely apartments. The only downfall is that you have to pay for cleaning services which are not included in the accommodation price. The apartments don't have washing machines as advertised. And you can only get clean towels when you pay for cleaning services.

Great value for money. Huge 2 bedroom apartment. Cutely decorated. We stayed on the 8th floor and both bedrooms had a full on view of Table Mountain - incredible! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Free parking on site. Highly recommend.

In terms of aesthetics and looks the place is great but when it comes to how I felt as a guest the environment and staff aren't super welcoming. Strict closing times for pretty much all their facilities and no house keeping unless you stay more than a week kind of soured the deal for me. However if you're just looking for a nice looking place to stay and cook your own meals you can't really go wrong with this place.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Stock Exchange and we can both say we would be back in a instance. From when we first arrived we where grated by friendly and professional staff who where all willing to help. We then checked in and got taken to our room all the rooms are on the 4 floor and the ground floor has supermarket and a bar. The staff where amazing and couldnt of been more helpful. We where told that the hotel was only a month old and you could definitely see this the rooms where perfect, lovely design and had everything you could of needed. Very comfy beds and the rooms where a perfect size. Lovely touch of a hand written card welcoming you to the hotel. We can both say we will be back and we definitely recommend staying here to anyone!! Absolutely Amazing!! WELL DONE!!!

This place is so nice. I love the design of the apartments. I loved the cutlery, Smart TV, bedding, everything. It's a nice place. Very, very nice.

Great hotel in Cape Town - the apartment style rooms have a really great interior design and Woodstock is a real cool and hip place to stay to my POV. If you don’t need the sea view and love the urban vibe - stay here!

Affordable and modern finishing with beautiful interior designs. Self catering and Spa shop downstairs for ease of access. Unfortunately the surrounding buildings are old making the experience a bit unsettling

We stayed for 5 nights and the Stock Exchange Apartment Hotel was a great base to explore the area. The Deluxe studio apartment - 409- was very spacious with views of Lion's head and Table Mountain. The hotel is close to the Biscuit Mill and many coffee shops and breweries. The staff are fantastic and the pool deck is great. We had a fun stay!
