The Best Streetwise 3 piece I have had in a long time! The Best Coleslaw & Mash & Gravy we have had in long time. This beats the Blaauwberg Rd Branch hands down. Keep up the good work to the staff at the Milnerton store.

Theeeee worst I've ever had. I ordered on mr delivery, order was accepted and in less than 5 mins they were done so obviously it wasn't fresh food. My order came the zinger burger looked dried out. I payed for extra zinger sauce but got a drop. The bucket for one was even worse. The piece of chicken was terrible 😫. The zinger wings was not fresh and the chips I don't even wanna talk about that. Never in my life will I ever buy from them again. Ok update....these people sending me a email saying I must take it up with Mr D. Aren't they the ones making the food🙄

They were very busy and short staffed due to the strikes but the staff sparked, ensured your order is all in and fresh. Best service under pressure ever! O and food nice and fresh, not oily and neatly packed. Really recommend this branch!

Staff very slow and not really service orientated.They had mo soap or sanitizer availible at all and gave us some chemical surface cleaner after we had to continuously ask. Hand soap is normally readily availible at all other kfc's I've ever visited. The chips was not great but the chicken was fresh. I think they can certainly benefit if they spend some time I training the staff basic values and create a customer friendly environment It's not a branch I would visit often and may not even return to this one as the atmosphere not really great.

I think it's the cleanest KFC ,no smelling of oil whenever we visit Cape Town. we make sure we go to this specific KFC

You guys deserve 0 stars. A whole hour, for less than 10 minutes away and you cancel after we've waited that long? You should close your store because it is clearly not worth staying open.

Chicken was nice a fresh. Staff greeted with a smile. Nice service

Store not fully operational during load shedding..card facilities don't work and no signs informing you. Kiosk also not taking card payments and no choice to pay at counter from digital kiosk. Staff ignore you making orders on the kiosk even though they aware it's not functioning.Cashier chatted to her colleagues whilst taking my order. Had to reprimand her concentrate on my order. Only after repeating order 3 times did she put it on the till.
