Found a severed p*nis in the men's bathroom. Not sure I will ever come back

Friendly and professional staff. The store was clean and neat.

Simple food made great because of the awesome service by our waitress Nancy. Not only is she kind cute and courteous but attentive and on top of things. Be sure to ask for her if you're going to eat at the waffle House

Tried bringing in my service dog to have his last meal before putting him down today (he has a massive tumor, we wanted to give him a great last meal). The waitress told us we could not have him inside. It’s already going to be a rough day, he’s trained perfectly. They just lost my family’s business after the rude encounter with the waitress.

Wish I could leave 0. Every single time we go to the location that staff is extremely rude. We absolutely love WH but I will not be going to this location again. Lady with short hair scolded us in front of the entire restaurant because we sat at a table with 2 coffee cups on it from the previous guests. We had no issue sitting at a table that just needed a few things removed. We had our 2 year old with us and he just really needed to sit down - and she literally harshly yelled at us and we decided to leave. Location on 165 is much better and nicer staff most of the time!

They are always pleasant and it never feels like they are just reading the word hello from a card. The food is great and they get my order correct every single time. You don't have to chase the staff down for refills!

Service was super great. My meal didn't give me that " home made Vibe " but it was alright.

Didn't realize, this place still gets a lot of customers. I'm thinking it needs to expand in size due to the smaller space inside and people come in to eat and wait on their orders.

You can't go wrong with a really good breakfast

Always nice to grab a good breakfast and a cup of coffee whenever my wife and I are visiting home. Pull are always nice and get your order out quickly and with a smile.

They food was not cooked all the way. All the staff was to busy laughing and carrying then making customers priority.

We went to this location after our event we and it was ok the food is normally made with love but this particular day the food was off we asked for well done bacon and when it came to the table it wasn't so we sent it back and the cook had a problem with it. He recooked the bacon and it was like I never asked for well done bacon we didn't bother to send it back . because the cook seemed like he had a problem with doing his job . because the whole time we was there he complained. We do understand that people have bad days .but please leave them away from your job My Husband and I are servers. we love tipping the team but needless to say he didn't get a tip that day .

Went here tonight was sitting in the parking lot gonna call in. An order the waitress hangs up the phone on my gf in middle of making the order ....for no reason....I even called back twice why watching her watch the phone ring ...so we called the one on steelington hwy and they were friendly but the food was the worse I been looking forward to a steak and egg meal for going on two years so orders two t bones and eggs the tbones was more like pork steak I mean really I had to throw half of it away cause was nothing but grysal was very offended then dissapointed what has happened to all these establishments now days ain't no one got any business edict any more

I called in a to-go order for a cheesesteak omelette when they told me they could not take big meats over the phone. Then told me it was because if i didnt come pick it up it would come out of the cooks pay. Now ive been ordering from this place for at least a year and have never heard of such bull. Food was great though,my complements to the cook.

Went Friday morning2/25. Jannette(misspelled) was incredibly rude and had an attitude right as I walked in. She was at end of her shift and was complaining and upset. Never offered or got me a drink. I have had such good experiences here but this was by far the worst and servers like this should not be tolerated.

We had to wait a while to be seated. Then we had to wait a while for our order to be taken (my, my be, and our sons). There was a couple in line behind us that was seated after us and got their order taken before us and they received their food before us. We didn't like that but we didn't make a fuss. I asked for scrambled whites with a little cheese. They brought me a small serving of watery egg white with an entire slice of cheese melted into it..... needless to say it looked disgusting. BUT I was still nice about it. I asked the waitress if they have any shredded cheese and she said no (which I thought was weird... why not??). I asked her to have it redone. They sent back whole scrambled eggs... again I was nice about it and gave it to my sons because they wanted more eggs anyway. She put in a request for egg whites AGAIN..... and they still came back the same, whole scrambled eggs. She said that she would take it off the ticket. I checked the total before she grabbed the ticket and when she came back the total was exactly the same as before she "took it off"..... so we just paid and left. I have some type of problem just about every time I go to this Waffle House. I'm just gonna stop going.
