I've tried over 30 different massage places in London and this is the worst by far. The therapists are awful and the customer service is awful. Their English is awful and the therapists are more concerned about your skin rather than your body. I paid for acupuncture, cupping and deep tissue and only received acupuncture. They offered me to come back the next day for a free session and I turned it down, that's how bad they were. 0/10.

I have been having serious pain between my shoulder blades, and I was advised to try alternative medicine. I looked up Acupuncture, and that's how I found Bromley Acupuncture & Spa. I have had 2 sessions with them so far, and they are incredibly professional and helpful. Their rooms are clean & the environment is relaxing. My pain still comes, but it has drastically improved.

After a long day driving I felt in need of some pampering. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment here late in the day - thank you. Turned out the sauna and massage combination was one of the best massages I've had in a very long time and I'll certainly be back to repeat as and when I can. The team are friendly and welcoming. Recommended.

Super amazing! I had acupuncture first, then deep tissue massage, combo cupping treatment and facial massage at the end! Deep tissue massage was very intensive! Exactly how I like it! The therapist used deep stroking and various amounts of intense pressure! My entire body was involved. I honestly enjoyed every minute of the treatment! Both staff members very professional and super friendly! I left the place very relaxed and happy! Can't wait to have my next treatment! I highly recommend it! Beata

Cannot recommend the acupuncture & deep tissue massage enough. The treatments really helped to ease my shoulder and lower back pain. The therapist gave such good advice about my body throughout the session & made me feel very relaxed. 10/10 experience.

Best acupuncture experience I’ve ever received. Dr is absolutely incredible! I booked the acupuncture bundle with her to treat my shoulder / back pain. Dr Li was highly knowledgeable and caring, she made me feel at ease during the whole treatment. I felt a massive improvement after a combination of acupuncture and massage. I would highly recommend her expertise to anyone.

I've had the pleasure of visiting the clinic in Bromley multiple times, and each visit has been exceptional. Their traditional Chines holistic treatments have been incredibly beneficial for me, and I higly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality service.

I received a massage for a xmas gift and enjoyed it so much I booked a 7 session course of both acupuncture and massage. Lisa my therapist was incredible and I felt a great improvement with core issues I was having with my body. Each session lasted a good 1.5hours and I left feeling incredibly well.
