Lovely fresh poferjes cooked to order. Not sure why the healthy toppings (£1) cost more than the unhealthy toppings (50p). I got 15 pancakes with whipped cream, maple syrup, banana & caramelised nuts. Was a delicious treat. I deducted a point because the gentleman who served me, although he seemed sweet, was on a call while he served me. I know it must be boring waiting for customers all day, but please cut the call when customers turn up. Despite this, I recommend the treats and I would return.

Very poor service. Got a Groupon voucher for pancakes and a slushy. Got there and was informed that they don't have any slushy and a water bottle was the replacement. The price of the slushy was the same or even higher of the other drinks that they had. Contact the owner, and up to now, I didn't get part of my voucher back. Terrible customer service. Will contact Groupon once again. Stay away from this.

Love the pancakes with banana and strawberry here. They are always soft and fluffy. Absolutely yummy !

The staff member that served me had zero customer service skills! - She was so rude and on her phone while people were waiting in line and left a young girl to do all of the orders. The lady that served me didn't understand the concept of the reward cards they offer, I was asking if I could transfer one stamp onto my existing card as I didn't have that card with me at the time I place an order. The lady then refused to do it and kept saying it's been used and didn't bother to explain, I ask multiple time politely what does she mean by its been "used". I gathered that she meant that the free portion that you get at the end of the card has been used, so I explain to her that I never used it as I still needed 2 more stamps to complete the card but she denied to believe me. To top it off after she said she can not do it she took my 2 cards and put them on her side of the counter where I couldn't reach it. This was strange as there not hers and she didn't need to throw them away. Besides from that the pancakes were lovely.

To never come back. False advertisement on Groupon for a deal. When there the slushy machine wasn't working and the only option is from a slushy to a whater bottle.......

Great pancakes, plenty of toppings choise. You can add slushie for a 1£. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Been buying my daughter slush puppies from here ages but recently she didnt finish it and what I found is horrific! Slimey black stuff floating around in it!!

Pancakes tasted amazing, and so did slush lady who served had 0 customer service skills.
