When entering creams Orpington I was absolutely amazed at how much option there was for dessert, I love the fact you can see all the food being made infront of you and you can see all the selection of ice cream on show at the front of the shop, after being seated we scanned a QR code on the wall and began to search through the massive selection of desert on offer, in the end I went for the cookie dough in the photo and could not had loved it anymore, I will definitely be going back and can’t wait.

I would like to express how thankful I am to the Creams Orpington staff who returned my phone tonight. I accidentally left my phone after buying my favourite salted caramel ice cream. Thank you so much again guys for your kindness and honesty 🙏🙏🙏 The cute photos below are the staff who found my phone and kept it for me and was safely returned. I was treated like a victorian tramp queuing for a handout of free gruel, not a paying customer. The rude Indian gentleman who served me clearly had some kind of superiority complex. That was the first time Ive been served ice-cream from a high horse. Won't be returning to this store.

We tried the waffle popcorn chicken one day in addition to the normal sweet dessert. Don’t know what to expect but was relatively surprise. It was delicious! I wouldn’t hesitate to order it again for a cheeky snack. Service was great - happy staff. It would have been better if the service was quicker - especially when it’s non-peak hours.

We visited around 7pm in the evening fortunately the cafe wasn't too busy or noisy and were greeted my a polite and friendly waitress to asked us if we had any preference of seating. Then talked us through the process of ordering. The menu had so much choice and the ingredients were clearly labeled. After ordering our desserts there was a very short wait for our milkshakes to arrive. Both drinks although a little messy were very delicious.

I left my purse here on accident once, easily able to get it back and they even kept it for me!

We enjoyed the waffles and crepes but was very disappointed with the mango bubble tea. It tasted nothing like mango and bubble felt like very old.

Great service. Delivery arrived perfectly and delivery driver was friendly and polite. I needed to make a couple of additions over the phone, as Just Eats didn't have the facility for this service. Store manager Imran, was extremely helpful, and accommodated my requests with no hesitation. Thank you!

When I entered with my girlfriend we were both spoiled for choice, we scanned a QR code on the wall to get a digital menu and greedily chose our options. Now that we have finished my blood has turned to syrup, my body is sluggish and shaking from sugar rush, my headache is gone, and beneath the lethargy and sense of sugar overload is a sense of enormous satisfaction, and a look at my girlfriend says she has the same. Now only one thing remains, to resist becoming what my girlfriend describes as "very happy fat people".

The deserts are spectacular and are at a great price, making me a regular customer to this fine establishment.

Amazing service always, regular customer and the staff are always welcoming and make everyone feel comfortable.

It has a great selection of desserts and ice creams to chose from. The staff are very friendly and always a pleasure to go back and be treated to yummiest treats.

All the desserts were delicious but most of all I was absolutely impressed by staff kindness and patience over my children changing their orders, thank you so much for great attitude towards customers! We’ll be back for sure!

Staff ignored my family at the door so we had to figure out what to do. Not friendly to neurodiverse individuals. Lighting all very bright LED. Also when asking staff to speak to group of teenagers to calm down as they were disturbing all the other customers not much was done. Food was what you'd expect. I've turned into a Karen but this was stressful and not worth the money.

Charged me nearly £5 for an ice-cream in a cone and then had the audacity to tell me that they couldn’t give me my change that was owed to me! I won’t be eating an ice-cream there again! They even thought it was funny!

Although the food at Creams Orpington was delicious, I was shocked by the attitude and rudeness I experienced from a member of staff. I asked for a takeaway waffle and straight away the person looked bored and annoyed at me. I then asked for no ice cream since I have to walk a long way home and it will melt, to which the person replied “well it’s free” in a condescending tone. I just accepted the ice cream after that and then asked for a blue light discount, since I am a member of the NHS. The person then scoffed at me and rolled their eyes, before putting the discount on. I thought this was a terrible example of customer service, and employees really should show some more kindness towards their customers.

Amazing dessert store with lots of options available. Staffs are really good. A place to be for waffle and gelato lovers.

My friend placed an order of apple crumble pie and strawberry and banana crepe with ice cream, the order was accepted at creams Orpington it took like an hour for a driver to pick up the order and when it was delivered it was cold the ice cream had melted yes melted in this weather so it is obvious that creams had made the order well before the driver had arrived, I rang creams up to explain that you shouldn't have made the order untill the driver was at your shop, but all I got was the excuse that they were busy, I feel the customer service of the was terrible,and I believe the food that I ordered was made as soon As I placed it which was unacceptable If you cannot manage the orders then don't do Uber eats as your obviously not experienced enough to run a shop and manage orders
