OMG
today
was
horrible.
I
ordered
for
delivery
and
next
the
order
time
went
to
my
email
for
tracking,
it
stated
now
pick
up.
I
have
never
ordered
pick
up
on
this
app
always
delivery.
So
I
called
the
store
someone
answered,
I
explained
that
I
do
not
have
a
car
to
pick
up
and
I
wanted
a
refund.
The
person
stated
we
do
not
do
any
refunds,
but
you
can
call
the
manager
and
leave
a
message
"so
unprofessional".
I
hung
up
the
phone,
decided
to
call
back
since
my
daughter
came
home
with
the
car,
so
I
went
up
to
the
Pikesville
store
and
asked
for
my
order
by
giving
them
my
name.
I
took
the
order
and
went
home,
when
I
got
home
sit
down
at
my
computer,
because
I
work
at
home
due
to
the
Pandemic,
it
was
only
drinks
only
no
dam
food.
I
called
back
and
Myra,
that's
her
name,
she
told
me
that
she
did
not
notice
it,
so
I
explained
if
someone
ordered
at
the
store
or
pick
up
you
mean
you
do
not
make
sure
the
order
is
together.
She
went
on
frustrated
explaining
that
it's
only
two
of
up
in
the
store,
then
that's
when
I
was
frustrated,
because
not
only
that
my
food
was
not
delivered
but
I
did
not
get
it
when
I
went
to
pick
it
up
&
no
manager
at
the
store.
I
called
back
left
a
message
to
the
manager
option
2,
I
just
want
my
money
back.
WE
WILL
SEE
AND
I
AM
SO
HUNGRY!!
