    I ordered ahead and my food still wasn’t on time. Several people ordered after me and got their food before me. When I finally asked how much longer it would take for my food to be ready.. this fat head worker tried to get snappy and say “ we are moving as fast we can” … obviously not if I’m waiting 20 minutes for a flatbread I ordered ahead. Eric was the only one in that store moving with some urgency. Never coming here again

    The women at this location are extremely rude. Today I was barely greeted at the register by a young lady with folded arms. She asked for the name for the order. I gave it to her as I continued to prepare my payment method. After a few seconds of silence, I looked up and she says "can you spell it". I guess the reason for the silence was that she was waiting for me to do so. My name is really simple. This is not something I would do unless prompted. Not long ago, I placed a pick up order. When I came in all of the staff was assisting other customers (but they saw me come in the door - I made eye contact with at least one of them). I stood in the pick up area and waited for them to finish the current customer and ask if I was picking up (that's what I would do if a customer walked in and stood in the pick up area). No one ever did. When I realized people were walking in after me and being waited on and that there was now staff not waiting on anyone I asked if my order was ready because I had been waiting awhile. With an attitude I was told I was supposed to greet them and tell them I was picking up. My response was that I thought they were supposed to greet thecustomer. Her response was "not when we're busy". The staff in general just seems angry and unhappy about showing up to work everyday. If you're to bust to greet customers maybe you shouldn't be taking online orders.

    I will not be going back to this location. I usually go to the Owings Mill location where they always have an A+ staff working. I visited 4/19/23 around 10am. Anyway, I was overcharged for an add on that I did not ask for. It was an employee error and when I asked for a refund of the charge, the employee didn’t know how to do it and gave me a portion of my refund in cash, that he had on hand. I did not have the energy or time to go back and forth with employee, so I just let it slide. Seemed like they just had people filling in today who didn’t know what they were doing and don’t know about good customer service. My smoothie was not good either. $10 wasted.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered here quite frequently due to the distance from my house, but time and time again they provided inadequate service. They do not always put extras on your wrap when you pay for it, the smoothie quality is not consistent, and if their app is glitching they will not grant you a refund. The photo shows a chicken pesto wrap with extra chicken + bacon… I’m not sure what I received This location needs special training on quality control and customer service

    The people who work here are rude, and don't know how to follow a simple order. My order number is 38115982968897 whoever rung me up needs fired or trained on customer service because it's obviously not common sense to this person. Literally the worst experience I've EVER had at this location. And I would love ti have a manager call me so we can discuss this.

    Ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 mins. Because they didn't start the order til I got there. What was the point of ordering ahead. And then after I wait, they only give me half the order, so I had to go back and get the rest. Awful experience. Never go to this branch. Horrible in every way

    My first visit my smoothie was watered down by an employee putting to much ice. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt went back a 2nd time my smoothie wasn’t properly blended, ice and fruit kept getting stuck in my straw & the employees were rude. NEVER AGAIN!

    I actually get my meals from the Pikesville Smoothie Cafe at least five days each week for the past year. Every employee is so very warm and welcoming. I love almost every menu item and know that I am eating healthily. I no longer cook meals at home. Thanks for your wonderful service.

    The smoothies are awesome but the service at this location is awful. The employees lack any customer kindness. It borders on rudeness. I won’t stop going to tropical smoothie, but I will stop going to this location. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times and I can only say 1 of those experiences has been pleasant. This location has received enough of my money

    A great place to get a fairly healthy meal and their portions are huge. They have a nice selection of food items which mostly consist of chicken as the protein. I usually get one of their chicken wraps. They also have a few vegetarian dishes too that I'm sure they can change to make them into a vegan dish if you ask. The smoothies are so refreshing and there are alot to choose from. The smoothie sizes are so large that I question if the amount is healthy lol The atmosphere is very vibrant and clean.

    I have visited the Woodholme location on many occasions since it’s close to my office I have also spoken with the manager on several occasions about a certain employee who does not wear gloves when he is making smoothies. Today was the last straw, the tall caucasian guy today had on NO GLOVES at all this morning at 10:45 am , I just walked out w/o ordering. I came back after work to grab a smoothie, the young lady had on gloves she proceeded to make my drink And he appears and coves my drink without gloves and hands me my drink. I though I was going to puke Needless to say I threw it in the trash. I will just inconvenience myself and go to another location or better I will find another vendor. It’s bad enough we are still fighting through this pandemic still but to see this nasty employee without gloves(touching fruit, liquids, cups etc) is unacceptable

    Today was my 2nd time visiting this location and it's pretty good. They're in my top 2 TS in my book! I've visited plenty locally and regionally on the past and their efficiency and quality is unmatched. My Hurricane Smoothie and Cajun Shrimp Wrap was done so quick, I couldn't believe it was mine. Customer service was pretty good, the place was immaculately clean, and even had a little more stylish decor than other locations I've visited. Great parking! Always a bonus! ... oh and hell yeah my Smoothie was smooth and my wrap was stuffed, fresh and warm !! Yep, I'll be back.

    I was a little nervous to order. The store had not long opened, but one of the two men working had a shirt on that was already quite soiled. My order didn't take long. I got the Green Goddess Flatbread with chicken and an apple and an Island Green Smoothie. The food was good.

    OMG today was horrible. I ordered for delivery and next the order time went to my email for tracking, it stated now pick up. I have never ordered pick up on this app always delivery. So I called the store someone answered, I explained that I do not have a car to pick up and I wanted a refund. The person stated we do not do any refunds, but you can call the manager and leave a message "so unprofessional". I hung up the phone, decided to call back since my daughter came home with the car, so I went up to the Pikesville store and asked for my order by giving them my name. I took the order and went home, when I got home sit down at my computer, because I work at home due to the Pandemic, it was only drinks only no dam food. I called back and Myra, that's her name, she told me that she did not notice it, so I explained if someone ordered at the store or pick up you mean you do not make sure the order is together. She went on frustrated explaining that it's only two of up in the store, then that's when I was frustrated, because not only that my food was not delivered but I did not get it when I went to pick it up & no manager at the store. I called back left a message to the manager option 2, I just want my money back. WE WILL SEE AND I AM SO HUNGRY!!

    I recently ordered the veggie hummus wrap through their app. This is an item I always ordered, as a vegetarian it’s not easy finding places to eat that offer veggie friendly options. I ordered my wrap asked for no onions not lettuce and no tomatoes they disregarded that and added them anyways and added an ingredient that isn’t even on the wrap. Like I said I’m vegetarian, I took a bite noticing it tasted off and looked inside and they put chicken on my veggie wrap. I was annoyed and called the store, they said they couldn’t do anything until a manager was available, as I had requested a refund, guess who hadn’t received a call back? I was sick the rest of the afternoon and all day the following day. Obviously I will not be eating there ever again. All trust has been lost and to know they won’t step up and handle their mistakes is even more frustrating and disappointing.
