    Went inside store to order. Order a Big Kahuna Steak sub. Drove 30 minutes to my office and noticed order was wrong. Second time this happened in a few weeks. Called store and asked to talk to manager. Lady said to bring back sub for a refund or remake. Told her I already wasted time and was not going to drive back to store but just wanted to report the problem- told her I threw out sub. She said they were down staffed when I asked why can't they even make a simple order correctly? They were NOT under staffed- there were three employees working and only one other customer in store. When I mentioned this to her she curtly said "we are very busy" and hung up on me....

    The Portabella/Swiss Sub is a total banger!!! I always order mine without Swiss and substitute Provolone. It doesn’t make any sense how delicious this sub is or how quickly it’s made. Definitely my go-to when I’m in the mood for a sub 💥

    If I could give zero stars I would have. I placed an online order. I have worked the fast food / restaurant industry most of my life and this is by far the worst service I have EVER RECEIVED. Jersey Mike's has to get their corporate office in here or something. This place is slow and the employees seem to find it funny with no urgency. I ordered 4 subs, it’s taken over an hour. I’m on my lunch break. Completely disappointing, almost $60 in food and over an hour wait. I will never order from here again.

    I absolutely love Jersey Mikes! Most of the workers are great, but recently, they haven't been. Maybe they are burned out from working. This young girl really put a thin layer of turkey on my sub. I feel I had more cheese than turkey. Granted, I did get extra cheese, but there is always a good amount of meat to balance out getting extra cheese. If you can't handle using the Deli slicer, then pick another position in the store to handle. Outside of that recent incident, I come here very often and wish we had more Jersey Mike locations around. The flavor of my sub was still good though.

    The food is good but this place is a disaster in terms of operations. A line of 8-10 people just standing there while online orders get made first. 20 minutes wait for anything that's not a cold sub. Out of nowhere someone turns on the store radio and just starts playing music so loud you can hardly speak to the person next to you without yelling. Only 3 people working the counter, which is clearly not enough for the amount on customers. Where is the manager to oversee and orchestrate for efficient service?

    Please hire an experienced adult to supervise your teen staff at night. I can’t believe how nasty dirty and thilfty this location was. Subway was closer, cleaner, and has better customer service. Disappointed is an understatement.

    The chain makes great subs, but my lord, I don't know HOW this location stays in business. I wouldn't say the employees have attitude, because that would require energy. Yesterday's visit was the final chance I'm giving this store. Five staff members "working", all of them as apathetic as they could be without lapsing into a coma. After standing at the pick up counter - ignored - for 10 minutes, I asked if I could get the single sub I'd ordered via mobile 30 minutes prior. Without acknowledging me, one of the guys made the sub, stuffed it in a bag and handed it across the counter, never saying a word or making eye contact. It was like a social experiment to see how long it takes people to walk out on bad service.

    Friendly and accommodating staff. Ordered online but chose the wrong time for pick up. Went there to see if I can pick it up earlier and they said no problem and proceeded to prepare my order. Oh and the subs aren't bad either My favorite is the Tuna and Club Supreme.

    Ashame that the service sucks. Laaaazy teens and young adults working here for the most part, with a couple exceptions. Bad service on more than one occasion here, so that'll be it for me @ this location......Good food though. The turkey & roast beef cold sub is very tasty & the cheesesteak sub is very good also.

    The food was good but the girl taking the order was very disrespectful to me . I asked if she could put chipotle mayo on my big kahuna sub and without hesitation she gave an emphatic NO! She went on to say that's a number 43 and I explained I just wanted the mayo and again she cut me off telling that was a #43. Customer service is definitely not her forte!!!

    Absolutely terrible food. I ordered a #8 online with some modifications. They left the bacon off(which comes standard), and smothered it in oil, vinegar, and mayonnaise, which I specifically indicated I did not want. The sandwich was basically inedible. Tried to call the store to request a refund or at-least a substitute sandwich, but the phone rang for over 10 minutes. Save your money, don’t eat here.

    Went in on October 1 2022 and the young lady on the grill was very rude. I ask to try a Philly cheese steak and she was very rude with her response. She spoke to me rudely about me having to wait 20 minutes to place my order. I shook my head and patiently waited. She doesn’t need to be working in customer service. It’s not a good fit for her. First time eating here and my last time eating here

    This crew had no idea of customer service. It took several mins to be acknowledged although it was 4 employees in the store. They were disputing among one another and no one seem to be the lead in the store. The cook was practicing her tix toc dances and not paying attention to the order she was preparing so of course it was wrong. To sum it up they all acted as if they didn't want to be there and it came across in the work

    They never open on time!!! I try to come here before my long 12hr shift almost everyday because I literally live across the street and it’s 10:25 am and they still are not open! This is every damn time I try this location during this time of day! Change the hours before I file a complaint at BBB! Or hire a more reliable manager that will open when they’re supposed to! I shouldn’t have to drive 2 miles to another location because the workers are never on time. I’d been fired from my job had I opened the store late EVERY SINGLE DAY! I’m not even about to start in that evil unpleasant crew where everyone looks angry! JUST AVOID THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!! Updated on 12/19/2023 I came and ordered a cheesesteak and said ONLY mayo lettuce and American cheese. I get home it’s peppers and onions all on my sub! I take it back and the young lady said I had to specifically say no onions or peppers. I told her that I said ONLY when I ordered which in common English means the same damn thing as specifically!! She tried to make it seem as I was at fault when clearly they have an issue with basic comprehension skills!! Hire all new people and get a REAL manager not a high school kid who’s still learning the corporate world! If I have to define what the word ONLY means when placing an order then there’s a severe problem there. I will never patronize this horrible location again and I live less than a half mile!

    This place is consistently late. I always show up when the app tells me my order should be ready and every time I have to wait around in Jersey Mike's for 20+ more minutes for my order, and 50% of the time the order has been wrong somehow. I understand it taking longer when it's busy, however don't tell me my order should be ready at "x" time when 99% of the time it's not ready by then.... Maybe it would be helpful if the app estimated your pick up time differently depending on how busy it is at the time you order, etc. I love Jersey Mike's subs but it's not worth coming to this location anymore.

    I ordered my food online at 1:00 pm, it estimated 30-40 min. I was there at 1:40 pm and food still not ready, i waited for another 20 min and stil not ready. The employes were just looking at me, getting other orders ready but not mine. I just left and cancel order. Not ordering thru them any more.!!!

    Jersey Mike's Subs 28009, 9402 Reisterstown Rd. Incredible service with the entire team that worked on Sunday 7/23/2023. I have had the pleasure of being greeted by a beautiful, high-spirited young lady every time I enter the premises. I enjoy seeing these three young people work together. They deserve so much more because of the kindness I receive when this dream team is scheduled. Top Notch Service 👌🏾

    Idk who hired these teens that don't really want or appreciate their jobs. So many complaints of not wanting to work. Not wanting to use the hot stove. Floor and countertop stay dirty with food. Fire everyone and hire and pay fewer people . 3 higher paid happy employees can do more work with better quality than 7 unhappy people. Over a year eating here and i never have had good service. Oh and … wash yall shirts and tuck them in or something , jesus

    The staff is very unprofessional and takes a long time to fulfill orders. If you got a more than 30 minutes to kill and have patience, then take your chance with this store. If not, you are better off going somewhere else for quality service.

    A favorite for sandwiches. Always consistent and never disappoints. Young employees sometimes can be a little too immature but that isn't too bad. Overall is a main stay in my takeout lineup.

    I love Jersey Mike’s Subs and I visit the Owings Mills shop quite often. My only complaint is that the area where the lettuce, tomatoes, etc are added to the subs is not kept neat and clean. It’s been real messy each time I have visited the store. I will continue to buy there, but it would look better if that area was kept clean.

    Extra large tuna sub, pepper sauce, pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion.enough for 2. Condiments bland. No tuna flavor. Bread fresh. Might try again but order another type of sub. Place clean. Thanks

    Came into this location expecting to order without a hassle. Anissa and her coworkers decided to close the kitchen early and didn't want to make my husbands hot sub. Anissa asked if he wanted a cold sub instead and my husband declined. Anissa thought it was funny to pop a joke that he could come back tomorrow and get his hot sub. Aside from the lack of respect, they didn’t even clean properly. The kitchen and lobby still looked dirty. If you don’t want to do your job please don’t apply to somewhere you HAVE to work. I need corporate contact ASAP. We waisted time and gas coming to this location.

    I have been a regular customer at this location for years, but hadn't been in recently. Today, as soon as employee Monay saw me walk in the door, she smiled and said "Hi! your regular #7 is already in process". Not only did she remember what I always ordered, but she knew that I prefer swiss cheese, rather than the provolone that typically comes on it. I was shocked that she knew the order of a customer who hadn't been there in several weeks. It totally made my day! And by the way, your subs are the best around. No one else holds a candle to Jersey Mike's. Thanks for the wonderful customer service!

    I came to the store at 3pm on a Monday to order a steak & cheese & I was told it would be 45 mins to 1 hour to get an order. But the store is filled with employees playing, laughing, playing loud music & just standing around. It is dirty the food prep area looks as if it had not been cleaned off in weeks. The floor is filled with trash. A manager needs to get control of this store because it is going down hill.

    This is the worse Jersey Mikes location in the area. We can start with poor customer service, Cleanliness of work area, THE SMOKED OUT LETHARGIC LOOKING STAFF! I’m not going to criticize the brand. This is isolated to this store .

    First Jersey Mike's I have been too that I wasn't pleased with. When I walked in, there were a bunch of kids behind the counter dancing and playing. It was a lot of trash on the floor behind the counter. I was told that the only bread they had was wheat bread. I saw different kinds of bread but it seem like they were holding them for their online orders. Besides my bread being on the stale side the sub was okay but the worst I've had from Jersey Mike's ,just thrown together . Also a woman was there waiting before I got there ,ten minutes after I was waiting she was looking for her order that the cashier didn't remember taking. She left without anything. This Location needs some Order. .

    Worst Jersey Mikes’s ever! I placed an order on their app, was supposed to pick up at 6:14 PM on July 7th. I went there waited until 6:34 PM and my food was not even made yet! They served all the walk in customers who came after me first and didn’t even bother to even start my order! It was way faster if I wouldn’t bother order ahead! They were rude and very laid back about this, didn’t even apologize!

    My first time. The place has a sleepy look about it. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The parking lot was trashy, a real turn off when you go to buy food. The Philly Steak Sub was just ok.

    VAPING NEXT TO THE FOOD inside the store 2 ft from food line and where food was being made. This was on a weekday at 7pm when I came in to pick up an online order. Manager said they have to keep reminding employees not to smoke inside. Unreal

    Per ordering a chipotle chicken regular sub on yesterday 8/7/23, I received very poor service on wait time for food and to speak with the manager. Myself and 2 other customers felt it was so unprofessional to hear an employee complain about how much sleep he didn’t have and how much homework he has to complete with so much frustration in his demeanor. Manager was informed by an employee but manager never responded to my request. Manager and staff ignored me the entire time. Being as though I am in management, I was very dissatisfied with how I was treated.
