Literally the worst experience ever, I would’ve given a 0 star if it was possible. Their latte’s are so bitter and the sugar they gave was water disguised as ‘syrup’ and there was even a plastic paper in my drink and their reaction to it was so cold and uncaring !!!!!! The cakes are literally flavorless and taste like they’re watered down, the utensils are not washed properly and smell like old milk. The fries were so bad too, not salted at all, seemed boiled not even fried. Some faucet’s in the bathroom were broken too. The service was underwhelming and the prices are ridiculous for this quality. I do not recommend at all don’t waste your money or time.
Stepping into La Vie En Rose, I was immediately charmed by the lovely pink interior, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The mouthwatering Philly Cheese Steak is a must-try, and the brownies are not to be missed. With a wide variety of tempting treats in their brunch package, attentive staff and exceptional service, it’s the perfect spot for a scrumptious solo breakfast, a lovely brunch with the ladies, or a cozy family dinner.
I’m visiting Addis and staying near this restaurant so figured I’d check it out. Really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and Double Macchiato- I came two days in a row! Got waffles to take to my husband too. Great service and Salam is a wonderful waitress :)
Neat cafe restaurant. The food was fantastic, I had the chicken wrap and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend
TL;DR: Good food, people and ambience. I had such a nice time. Food was great, service was great. Music was also great and chilled laid back. Loved the fresh juice- 🥑 was actually avocado with no additives! Definitely recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I’ve been a loyal customer and regularly come in for brunch/breakfast. I called 10 minutes before noon to place my usual order—well within the timeframe I was told orders could be placed. The person on the phone took my order, but then someone from the kitchen decided they weren’t taking any more orders and canceled it. If you have a cutoff time, you should honor it. It’s unprofessional to deny service when I followed the rules you set. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it’s not what I expect from a place I’ve supported consistently.
The place is new and as the name suggests the theme of the house is roses. decorated with beautiful rose chairs and couches. there are spots like photo booths for photo lovers to take a photo or a selfie. the cakes we got were good and tasty. the foods were also great. service can be slow as it is new and they are just starting up but the place looks nice they offer good services. worth a check.
I had an amazing experience at at Le Vie En Rose Addis this weekend. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered the classic eggs Benedict and the Middle Eastern Shakshouka. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise sauce was rich but not overwhelming.A perfect spot for anyone looking to start their day off right. I can't wait to go back and try more from their extensive menu!
An elegant establishment and cozy setting in conjunction with an overindulgent experience. I appreciated the texture of the French toast and enjoyed the hash brown addition alongside the scrambled egg. The ambiance stole it for me and the food delivered giving me a memorable experience in the country. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to the country.
