What a place ! we walked in by accident and what a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and the hospitality tops everything else. The ambiance is also amazing. we are visiting Addis and will definitely be back soon.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a good location and open seating area, which initially drew me in. However, the quality of the food has declined drastically—it used to be great, but now it's far from it. Even more disappointing was the service, which showed a clear bias; foreigners were treated noticeably better than locals, which was both frustrating and disheartening. Overall, the experience was deeply unsatisfying, and I won’t be returning.

We have eaten here multiple times on our trip. I’ve had the egg sandwich, the roast chicken, and various sandwiches. The food has been very good on all occasions. The ice cream and coffee have been great as well. Most importantly, the owner and staff have been tremendous. They are very attentive to their customers. Love this place!

Cremino Café offers the best chocolate cake I ever tasted. I made a habit of having my chocolate cake and coffee there daily while I was in Addis. The location is easily accessible. It is in Tropical Mall at Bole street. The decoration of the cafe, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff encouraged my father and I to return everyday. Everything they serve is made perfectly. Cremino Café would be the first place I go to when I visit Ethiopia again. I would like to express my gratitude to the owner specifically for his welcoming nature and hospitality. See you again. Been here a few times for coffee, but I recently started to order other things from their menu. I absolutely love the outdoor area, it’s spacious and covered so it feels cool on a hot Addis day. Their service is OK, and their food is decent. Not sure that I love it, but definitely willing to give it more chances.

Great food, fast service, friendly staff and good setup for a catch-up. It's located on the main airport road and therefore might get a little noisy from the traffic outside so not ideal for those look for a quiet, intimate kind of setting. It wasn't my first visit here and so far so good.

This cafe is located jn Tropical mall. Cremino cafe is a good cafe with all types of coffees and pastries. The ice cream here is also good. They have some light snacks and few varieties. Their ice cream flavours are just delicious. You must try. I will not recommend any flavours because i think every flavours are unique their. Staff members are polite and helpful. I love their service.

The place is located at a city center area and providing both a cafe and restaurant services. The eggs with avocado was tasty. The macchiatoo was also nice. Great service, the waiter was checking me to satisfy my interest. The Chef (owner) is friendly and also asking his customers for their feedbacks.
