Impressive store. As an Australian coming through to Greenwich i was amazed that such a quaint village feel of a town should have such a comprehensive menswear store. Very good products, very good fitout.

I’ve had a account there since 2002. Rocco is excellent. I tried buying a suit online and it looked baggy I went in and something of the rack fit perfectly. This is why I shop there their excellent customer service and after I buy from them they tailored my Zenga suit for free in their Westport store. I just returned to my career in Real Esate and they do my suits, Shoes and ties...

I ordered a small gift for my husband to celebrate an accomplishment. The item itself was beautiful and high quality. But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this store.

Special, special shout-out to Josephine who is the manager. Richards has everything but the staff are what make the place. I’ve been a lifelong Greenwich resident and coming here for years. This weekend on Christmas Eve I ran into an issue with an order I had placed over the phone. I had a full blown meltdown in the store, absolutely gutted that I would have to either stay in the store and miss my family’s holiday festivities while the issue got sorted or have to leave empty handed without Christmas presents. Josephine went above and beyond to fix the issue and was so composed and kind, even when I probably didn’t deserve it. Issue was resolved and quickly, even though they were swamped as it was Christmas Eve. I didn’t end up missing any family time and I left with the gifts. Josephine - thank you so much! I hope you had an amazing holiday with your family.

I went in 6 weeks ago to order custom dress shirts for my daughter's Bar Mitzvah. I dealt with salesman David Lynn who couldn't care less about dealing with me. He was too lazy to direct me to a changing room. Instead he sent me to the public bathroom. I gave him the drop dead date I needed it. He wrote down the wrong date. I kept following up and correcting the date. Long story short, the shirts never came. I had NO dress shirts for my daughter's bat mitzvah. Two words- STAY AWAY

We had the best time at Richards! All the sales associates were so welcoming and kind and went out of their way to help us! Can't wait to make a return visit!
