Fantastic, well equipped room, spacious and clean. stayed in a studio apartment with balcony and river views. Breakfast (buffet style) was lovely, plenty of choice hot or continental. Located on the Newcastle side on the Tyne within walking distance of almost everything. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Overall great choice. Thanks Innside Newcastle

Where do I start? From the moment we arrived, Bethany and Bruno greeted us with a big smile, making us feel so welcome. We felt immediately at home. Everything about the Hotel was perfect. The room was huge, very tastefully decorated and spotless. The beds were really comfortable, we had three nights great sleep. What made our stay really special was the three night staff Bethany, Bruno and Anthony who were really friendly and very helpful. They went to great efforts to make our stay like a home from home. They are each a fantastic ambassador for the Hotel and Newcastle. Hoping to get back again before Christmas this year and look forward to seeing everyone again especially the three amigos.

Lovely clean, bright and fresh room, and the whole place was spotless. Really comfy huge bed. And the staff were really helpful. However the shower/washbasin/ mirror facilities are somewhat open plan, and loo definitely not soundproof- so some privacy issues. Quite a noisy bustling bar/restaurant-but reasonably priced food . Self service breakfast isnt my thing though, so that was disappointing..

Love this place! Staff are amazing. Check in quick and efficient- girl on reception was attentive and helpful and made us feel so welcome . Room Was clean, modern with a great River side view. We travelled with our dog and loved the fact dogs are allowed to breakfast as we usually have to dine alone when travelling as a couple so someone is in the room with the dog. Great “kiosk” at reception with a choice of snacks and drinks to buy to take to your room. Got a lovely bottle of red for £10! Will be back here for sure!

Great location on quayside. At check in weren't sure if I'd prepaid so a little bit of confusion <staff were very nice> which didn't last long. Room a little small but very clean and nice design / layout. On arrival our floor hall way was very dirty <carpet> totally cleaned when going back to room circa 10pm. Overall would recommend if visiting Newcastle and want to stay on Quayside.

Stayed for two nights. Nice new hotel with a great location. Rooms are nice too, all modern. Standout feature is the staff. Everybody can't do enough for you, from reception to the staff in the restaurant. Very welcoming and warm. Thank you

Short walk from the train station. We had a great stay- rooms are very clean, spacious and functional! Space for suitcase, plenty of hangers, small fridge in the room, usb plugs by the bedside. We requested an iron and it was brought up within a few minutes! We couldn’t hear anyone, which was great, as we had an early start the next day, so we could get a good night sleep. Breakfast was amazing and would recommend booking B&B! Amazing continental and cooked buffet, with eggs and porridge to order. Fresh juice, coffees. Would go back just for the breakfast!

Have say we stayed at this hotel for one night and it is definitely one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at in Newcastle. Great location, great for The Sage (11 min walk). Modern, clean, attentive staff, reasonably priced. Room was great. We didn’t dine in the hotel apart from breakfast, which had a great choice. The restaurant area looked great, need to dine there the next time we go.

A wonderful stay at INNSiDE Newcastle! Booked during their December deals so got a fantastic price for an amazing stay. I booked the Studio with a river view and it was just gorgeous!! The view from the floor to ceiling windows when we walked in took our breath away - to see the bridges from the comfort of our room was just magical! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was huge and the waterfall shower was such a treat! A plug next to the mirror was a welcome finish and the big TV was fab. I’d booked to celebrate my boyfriend’s exam results and the lovely team gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for when we arrived, such a nice touch! We really appreciated it and we kicked off the celebrations in style! The location was perfect for us to get up to town and have a walk along the river in the morning. It was a great experience from start to finish! Thank you to the INNSiDE team for making our stay so special, we’ll be back soon!

Staff are extremely friendly. Very clean facilities. The location is beautiful and it has a Gino's attached which makes eating so much easier. Beautiful place to sit outside and have a drink on the quayside, especially on a warm sunny day. They also had heaters for the colder days.

Very nice river side hotel. Got a very nice in suite room with river view. Very clean. The bar restaurante is very beautiful with a 20’s expired decorations. It gave me Great Gatsby vibes. Amazing cocktail and breakfast menu.

Fantastic modern hotel. Clean with good service and food. Bed was so hard I contemplated driving home. I only got 3 hours of sleep and still have an ache on the side that I eventually slept on. I only slept in hotel so a bit of a disaster. The pillows were great.

Really lovely hotel, clean, sleek, modern. Super breakfast too. My only suggestion would be to fit a night light for use of the room lavatory at night as the movement activated full-on light in the dead of the night is pretty jarring to both the user and anyone who may be sharing the room with them.

Very nice hotel - clean, spacious, fairly new. Friendly staff. Busy in the lobby bar (open to the restaurant) which was nice. Dog friendly, though we didn’t bring one this time. Great location for the city.

The hotel was lovely, spacious and immaculately clean. The staircase was beautiful. We had booked a twin room, however on booking in we were told it was a double, but this this would be rectified. Unfortunately when we returned to the room after our night out, it had not been changed. The night manager, Johnathon was so apologetic and tried to change rooms however there were no twins available - he very kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Despite this, the room was very comfortable and as I said, the views were stunning overlooking the river etc. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. Thank you again, Johnathon.

We were in a river view room. It was a gorgeous little room with great amenities, perfect for me and my partner, bed was massive. only gripe was that the sheets were not changed when the room was turned down. Not a major issue as they were relatively clean. Breakfast was fab and dinner was good again only gripe was our waiter seemed disinterested in serving us and was a little lax with attentiveness Overall a brilliant stay and really close to the city. We used the scooters to get about really cheap and fun way to explore.

We love this hotel! The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious, and has a free mini bar. Every time we have visited the staff have been helpful and friendly. This time, we stayed for my birthday and Gabi on reception upgraded our room for free and gave us 2 complimentary drinks for the bar downstairs. It absolutely made my birthday so thank you so much! We had breakfast delivered to our room in the morning, which was amazing. This hotel makes our trips to Newcastle even better!

What a fab hotel! We are local and been to ginos restaurant a few times but this time we had a special occasion and decided to stay at the hotel. One of the best we've stayed in and will definitely be back. The staff are brilliant, very laid back and loved their chilled out look. They couldn't do enough even upgrading us. The room was amazing, everything that we needed and the view of the quayside was amazing. Overall great stay and would highly recommend

Had a lovely stay here for a business trip recently. The hotel is right on the river and my room had a stunning view when the sun rose in the morning. The hotel was quiet and very easy to relax in. The room was lovely, exactly as the pictures show. I can imagine sharing the room may be a little uncomfortable as there isn't a bathroom more a bathroom area - however the toilet does have a separate room. Chromecast on the TV worked great, there was a hairdryer under the sink and a lot of provided toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and hand cream). They also have usb sockets to charge your device on most sockets (I didn't check all of them!) Personally I really liked the layout of the room and thought it worked very well. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were friendly. I also had breakfast one morning which had good options. The hotel is an uphill walk to a lot of the city but it is very close so I didn't think this was too bad. I really hope that I get to stay here again for my next work trip. It was lovely and I can highly recommend it.

Stayed at the Innside a couple of times and have always had a great experience. Rooms are always spotless and very comfortable, with the drinks in the fridge being a really nice addition which I wish more hotels did. Staff on reception are always really welcoming and are happy to give recommendations to those unfamiliar with Newcastle. The view from the rooms is also gorgeous since the hotel is right on the quayside front. Highly recommend!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was exactly what we needed with a great view of the river and an impressive shower. The hotel was dog friendly and our sausage dog Otto had a great time and got lots of attention too 🐶 Parking was easy, with plenty opposite / up the road as a plan B. We had the breakfast on the first morning and is definitely value for money with a large selection of pastries and great cooked breakfast options too.

Rooms were extremely clean, large and had great facilities. Ideal location with the river and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Thanks to the lovely receptionist (sorry we didn’t get your name) who gifted us 2 free drinks for my boyfriend’s birthday! Would definitely stay again!

I was lucky to stay in this fantastic hotel for 2 nights. Staff were great from booking through to stay. Room was comfortable, clean, had a yoga mat (!!!) & an amazing view. Had room service 1 night & the food was delicious! Breakfast was good & a decent selection to start the day well. I’d love to stay here again ❤️
