    As someone who has always really struggled with their fitness and felt a bit clueless going into commercial gyms, Primal was the perfect place for me to get started. From day one I have learned so much from the coaches about my training and nutrition and always felt supported through the whole process. The coaches and other gym members are so friendly, patient and willing to help you whenever they can. It's the only time I've started a fitness journey and actually stuck to it for more than a few weeks. I lost over a stone in my first year, as well as increasing my fitness levels and strength, and couldn't be happier with the service provided and results achieved!

    Primal fitness is a great place to work out. I started with the six week trial before moving to the PT8 contract. George, my accountability coach, worked with me to set a goal and a plan to help me be successful. At the end of the 6 week trial I had lost 5% body fat and gained 1.4 kg of muscle, which I was very happy with. The trainers are very knowledgable and approachable making Primal a place you look forward to attending. There are a mixture of classes to choose from as well as a range of activities within each class which keeps things varied and engaging. Outside of the gym the trainers are good at keeping in touch to help you stay on track and to answer questions via the app. 100% would recommend giving it a go if you are interested in getting in shape!

    I have just completed my 6wk plan with Primal. Normally I hate gyms and everything about them so was not expecting much. Primal is different. Mathew and Richie the two coaches I had were spot on. Sympathetic to my limitations through injuries and struck up a great relationship with them. Times constraints with other work is the only reason I can't continue attending. Will I be back? I'm already missing it and only left my last session this morning. Definitely recommend Primal. Hopefully I will get back. Cheers lads

    I’ve been a member for about 9 months now and joining Primal has been the best thing I’ve ever done! It’s a really welcoming environment, the members are friendly, the coaches are brilliant and really take the time to support you to make sure you get the most from your training. (Special shout out to Matty who’s my coach - he’s been so supportive of me since day 1, really goes above and beyond 🌟) I’d recommend Primal to anyone it’s my favourite part of the day - even at 6am! ❤️

    Love this place, the staff are amazing, they get you motivated and help you where it's needed. The trainers listen to your needs and adjust where is needed. I look forward to my weekly sessions on my days off from a busy job. Would highly recommend 😊

    Started at Primal in January for the 6 week trial. I'm not a gym goer but absolutely love going so I signed for a year contract. Love the sessions and how they can be tailored to your abilities, the coaches who are all brilliant and the people that go, are very friendly and encouraging. Its not like a normal gym because it's full of normal people, every size and ability.

    The motivation and support you receive from the personal trainers is unbelievable. I highly recommend Primal if your looking to improve your health and well-being, mental health as well! 5* training and accountability! Something you cannot get by going to a gym on your own.

    Ok, so. I absolutely love Primal Fitness! I signed up for the 6 week challenge in Jan.. as most people do after a very naughty festive period 🤭 After signing up, I instantly thought what have I done!! Safe to say I was quite scared of what was to come after signing up on impulse, I had never taken part in any fitness like this. But, I've never regretted it. (Apart from only once 😅 it was during my 1st sweat class 🤣🤣) now I absolutely love it!! The coaches are so supportive and super friendly, they take you through everything step by step, nothing is too much trouble. The place has a great vibe and very soon you fit into place. Total amature to fitness and really disliked anything and everything to do with cardo, now I'm there everyday taking part in the Hybrid, Sweat and Boxercise classes. Variety of classes available daily. Not only is it a fitness journey, Primal Fitness also leads you through nutrition. Chris and the team run weekly nutrition seminars and these are super duper helpful. I highly, highly recommend Primal Fitness. They are the best and that is coming from someone who seriously disliked the gym!!xx

    Primal fitness and the team has reminded me why being active is not only good for the body and your health but for your mind. Since I started I have felt so much calmer and in control and happier. The team are so supportive and even when you don't want to go afterwards you are so pleased you did. You feel ready for the day.     Just completed a 6 week programme and thoroughly enjoyed every session. Great trainers, very knowledgeable and supportive. Facilities are spotless and a fantastic experience all round. Will definitely be back. Can highly recommend for all fitness levels. Well done team Primal!

    I first joined Primal in September 2017 and from the moment I stepped inside I knew I’d made the right decision. I was met with friendly professional coaches who always take time for you and adapt any session to fit your needs or injuries. Unfortunately due to medical reasons I’ve been forced to rest a while, but I shall return as the people who attend are so lovely and have become friends. State of the art sessions and multi choice times are aimed to fit in and around our busy lives. Chris the owner has established a professional outfit with top notch coaches. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Primal Fitness. It transformed me, so let it transform you too…

    I've been with Primal Fitness for over a year, and they're incredible. Every single coach is helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. The sessions are changed regularly which keeps it interesting and you'll never leave a session without feeling like it was a good workout. They're happy to adapt workouts to suit your goals and capabilities and help to keep you accountable for your progress. Most importantly, the members are second to NONE, amazing family feel where everyone encourages each other!

    I first joint primal on a 6 week programme to improve my fitness ahead of a work trip to Singapore and after completing it, not only did I improve my fitness, I lost weight, boosted my confidence and can truthfully say I am addicted. Training has become such a big part of my life, and I am so thankful to the Primal team. I had previously joined gyms, varying from local leisure centres to women's only and just never stuck it out, but I have now found something I love, and have invested my time in for over a year. The trainers (Matty, Richie and Pau) are fantastic keeping you motivated, helping and driving you to reach your goals. I also love that the trainers guide you and adjust exercises as required (being a bigger girl, I have struggled with some exercises) to adapt to all abilities and make sure you get the most from your workouts. My trainer Matty checks in regularly to keep me focussed and to guide or answer any questions etc I may havd. The gym and equipment are clean and well maintained. The routines vary from small groups PT to larger group sessions all of which are brilliant. I enjoy the range of exercises, and tend to do more small pt and build group sessions. My favourite part of training at primal is the members. The support and spurring each other on, the laughs and everything in between ❤️ it really makes it a special place and I would recommend to anyone.

    Have loved my time at Primal Fitness. Was a bit lost after deciding to have a break from crossfit, and had tried many things (that really did not click) before signing up for their 6 week transformation package. Results were amazing! Primal has wonderful instructors who are knowledgeable and supportive making classes fun and challenging, with a huge variety of classes/flexible timetable to fit around your busy life(!), top class facilities, a strong community feel, and 100% accommodating of all levels of fitness and needs. Primal can help you reach your goals with lots of fun along the way. :)

    I joined this gym on the 28th of February after looking at a few gyms this one just stood out think it was the no D**k head policy and speaking to chris that understood my worrys and just sounded very calming. I decided to join for the 6 week challenge, extremely over weight self conscious and embarrassed! Iv been to many gyms and tryed many fad diets that DONT work, i never thought id last the full 6 weeks to be honist. I remember my first day the feeling of anxiety and self consciousness. I should not have worried everyone in the gym was welcoming and the coaches were extremely helpful and understanding, even the other gym members were welcoming and encouraging, never in a million years did i think id find my love for the gym its not like any regular gym its like a family unit everyone looks out and helps eachother still a work in progress but so glad i chose this gym my confidence has grown so much in such a short space of time am I perfect at all my workouts No but what i can say is i try and the coaches have the patience of a saint 😀😀

    I started primal in August 2021 and only left because I moved out the area, this gym was the only gym I was consistent with, going 3 times weekly and fully focusing on my fitness, the trainers there are absolutely fabulous and looked after each and every single member, my mental health massively improved during that time and I was able to lose weight and become alot stronger than I used to be. Will never have a bad word to say about primal❣️

    I've been to a lot of gyms, bootcamps and personal trainers in my time but Primal Fitness is hands down the best. I joined in July 2021 after really struggling with my weight and mental health following lockdown and failing to commit to going to standard commercial gyms. Chris and the team of coaches are absolutely amazing and a special shout out to the rest of the gym goers. It honestly is a little community of like minded people which is the secret weapon to getting you to your goals 😉 Primal Fitness has changed my mindset from, "forcing myself to go to the gym" to, "the gym is an unconditional part of my routine." Life changing stuff 💪
