Ok,
so.
I
absolutely
love
Primal
Fitness!
I
signed
up
for
the
6
week
challenge
in
Jan..
as
most
people
do
after
a
very
naughty
festive
period
🤭
After
signing
up,
I
instantly
thought
what
have
I
done!!
Safe
to
say
I
was
quite
scared
of
what
was
to
come
after
signing
up
on
impulse,
I
had
never
taken
part
in
any
fitness
like
this.
But,
I've
never
regretted
it.
(Apart
from
only
once
😅
it
was
during
my
1st
sweat
class
🤣🤣)
now
I
absolutely
love
it!!
The
coaches
are
so
supportive
and
super
friendly,
they
take
you
through
everything
step
by
step,
nothing
is
too
much
trouble.
The
place
has
a
great
vibe
and
very
soon
you
fit
into
place.
Total
amature
to
fitness
and
really
disliked
anything
and
everything
to
do
with
cardo,
now
I'm
there
everyday
taking
part
in
the
Hybrid,
Sweat
and
Boxercise
classes.
Variety
of
classes
available
daily.
Not
only
is
it
a
fitness
journey,
Primal
Fitness
also
leads
you
through
nutrition.
Chris
and
the
team
run
weekly
nutrition
seminars
and
these
are
super
duper
helpful.
I
highly,
highly
recommend
Primal
Fitness.
They
are
the
best
and
that
is
coming
from
someone
who
seriously
disliked
the
gym!!xx
