My partner and I only stayed here for one night but we were so surprised with the place. The flat we stayed was cute and beautifully decorated. It has its own entrance too. The bed was huge and sooooo comfortable. Plenty outside space if you fancy sitting outside for a bit and only around 20 minutes drive to Newcastle. Would recommend as I would definitely come back to stay :)

We stayed here in 2017 and were looking forward to the stay this time, however although the rooms were still well kept you no longer go to the house for breakfast it is a do it yourself from a trailer. Fine for nice weather to sit outside to eat breakfast, but no where in your room to sit and eat, and obviously only continental. Such a shame as the breakfasts we enjoyed in 2017 were amazing, but no more. The fridge in the room was noisy, and kept us awake as it was permenantly on and lit up. But the place is convenient to the family we are visiting and peaceful, beautifully clean.

Exquisite, Emily and Neil are THE perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I would say, any single ladies wanting to book a safe getaway, this one is for you, as well as couples. Park farm is tranquil and above perfection. Thank you so much for making our getaway perfect.

Just back from two nights here and what a lovely place this is. We’d seen it on four in a bed as they won one of the shows and always said we’d visit and it lived up to every expectation we had. Our room was in a courtyard that looked as though it was a converted barn or stable, there was a tv, settee, bathroom and a fridge downstairs and a large comfortable bed upstairs. There’s a breakfast package in your room which contains fruit, brioches, cereal bars and juices. You can top up your breakfast from the trailer outside where there’s cereal, toast and extra bottled milk which you can take to your room. The location is perfect as it’s not too far from local attractions but far enough that’s it’s incredibly peaceful. We only briefly spoke with the owners and they were lovely people, the little personal touches they put in your room don’t go unnoticed. All in all a fantastic stay and definitely somewhere we’d love to go back to.

Good directions to the property and self check in was useful to us as we were arriving late. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything you could need had been thought about. The room was lovely and warm on arrival. A breakfast bag was left in the rooms and also a trailer available with extras. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Very handy for Beamish Museum.

Inexpensive, well maintained and well serviced rooms. Well thought out breakfast bags with a backup trailer of addition supplies (also included). Country location but only $15 tax ride from town.

Excellent rooms at a reasonable price in a rural farm setting but only 5 minutes from the A1M. Rooms have a fridge with fresh milk, breakfast bags for every guest. The farm also has a kitchen in a converted horse box with bread for toast, top up supplies for the room, a microwave and we'll stocked fridge (milk, yoghurt, bread)

Excellent place to stay, lovely rooms, very quiet location, but accessible by car to visit local areas. We had a lovely surprise as it was Easter we were left some chocolates. We are definitely going to stay again at some point.

Brilliant place to stay, very close to Newcastle center but has the countryside around, best of both worlds.

Easiest 5 stars I've ever given, great communication by text before arrival, room quality is excellent, all the usual stuff and extras stored in a quality caravan shed outside., if you need like microwave, plenty parking outside and if you're staying book in at the ravensworth arms for dinner, very nice. Also the room was very affordable for the quality and so have zero hesitation in recommending to friends and family to stay when over. Thank you for everything and keep everything the same it's great. 👍😊

What a hidden gem! Lovely rooms, peaceful location and clearly a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure everything must worked, perfectly. Love the breakfast set up too. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely use again and again.
