Selling your property can be very stressful, so I read through a lot of reviews from different estate agents, deciding to ring Pattinsons in Whickham. This team is on the ball from beginning to completion, nothing is a problem. I felt the whole process of selling my property was fast and went very smooth. I choose to sell by auction, as this was the quickest way to sell. Richard took the photos and video footage and wasted no time putting this in the auction. At the branch I spoke with Taylor, Tia and Lyndsay - all had very good customer service skills. I dealt mainly with Lyndsay who liaises with potential buyers putting maximum effort into making the experience pleasurable for the buyer and the seller. Overall I would highly recommend buying or selling with this branch.

Out of all of the estate agents that we had value the property, we felt that Pattinson's were the only ones that actually fully knew the area. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They listened to our views and gave honest opinions of what they felt we needed to do to our home in order to sell it. Even though we weren't quite ready to market our property they then started to contact potential purchasers so that they could view as soon as it went on the market. The service that they offer really suited our needs as we didn't want to be involved in the viewings.They then followed through the sale with regular updates. Fantastic company to do my property search’s with, they dealt with my questions and queries fast and professionally and couldn’t do enough to help. Tia I believe her name was, sorry if I got it wrong, who met me at the property was such a lovely professional young lady who couldn’t do enough to help us in the search for our new home by helping to keep us updated with new properties that became or becoming available and just made everything so easy. We decided to stay where we were for the moment , but I’d definitely use pattinson estate agents again if and when we decide to look again.

Pattinson Estate Agents in Whickham were very helpful when dealing with my enquiry about looking at properties in the local area. I spoke to a lovely woman called Tia, who helped find different houses that were relevant to my requirements. She also helped me understand the different house types and set up my email which allowed me to get regular referrals to houses which were of interest to me. She was very friendly and informative and didn't make me feel like I was being a burden to her work, which can't be said for other estate agents I've contacted.
