Unorganized chaos .. I thought I'd call in for my dog feed etc, I normally go to place at high spen Clarkes , but I was in Blaydon never again . I will definitely stick to my usual suppliers

Tan in to collect some hamster food and dog poo bags. When I put the items down on the counter there were two of the team at the till. One of the team picked the hamster food bag up and looked underneath saying they thought they'd seen the bag was about to come undone! The centre seam of the bag was in fact, about to come undone! I'd never even thought to look there so they saved me a big mess and a big waste of food and money. So attentive and I'm very grateful. Anytime I've gone in, they've been very helpful and well stocked.

The people who work here are great. Very knowledgeable and able to give good advice, can make you laugh and they always make you feel welcome. I walk away not only with the items I need but also with a smile on my face. And the items are great prices too. I Won't go anywhere else for my dog food.
