I cannot believe the high reviews these have??the staff I seen today well I said I’m after cat flea treatment pipelets,for two cats that weigh just under 4/12 kilos each. I wish I never told there weight,cos usually they ask there weight. emmm u do need to know there weight for my cats as u need to know how many piplets to give them?well u don’t she said!!so rude and out of order stupid young Lass. Then she asked her manager something,I wish I didn’t bother there attitude and the way they came over to me,was a disgrace. I said look forget it and I walked out the shop. I’m not happy as I talk in a nice manner. I expect the same back. I’m not going there ever again like

Always break the bank in here for my cat Marmite and I do not mind at all. Prices are great (that’s why I buy so much stuff🤣) plus with VIP app is a bonus for all the deals and coupons. Staff are always great at the tills. Here’s my very happy curious boy with all his treats :)

Really impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and care that the 2 staff I dealt with at this branch had when we bought our 4 rats the other day. They genuinely listened seemed to listen to us, gave us advise on products that actually may have been cheaper alternatives to what the store was selling and just came across really well... I should have gotten their names. Pet wise the rats were in a clean environment and appear to be in very good health. After care was offered but hopefully won't be needed

I took our dog Dillon here for the first time. He can be quite a shy boy however the girls in the groom room were brilliant with him. He enjoyed a bath and had his ears cleaned and nails clipped. Dillon's coat was so soft and shiny and he smelt lush. He loved the bandana they gave him too. Will definitely be returning.

Absolute incompetent staff wanted to buy a rabbit with cage & accessories spent half an hour with this girl who did not have a clue after spending half an hour for her trying to find the cage in her ipad low & behold the cage was for a quinoa pig so the correct cage was £ 50 more plus saw the rabbit we wanted told we can't reserve it will have to come back for it with a picture of the set up the cage is in spoke to manager she said shirt staffed no sorry staff don't know the product they are trying to sell its a shambles at kingston park

Very poor customer service from the manager today . Same products much cheaper down road in TESCO If you want specialist knowledge or niche pet products try your local pet store .

Went in on Saturday to purchase some cold water fish. The girl who helped (Grace) was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable & couldn't have been more helpful, outstanding service.

Staff are always friendly and spoil our dog. He loves it there.

Very poor knowledge on fish. I was told I could not keep platys with my goldfish because the goldfish would eat them so I was refused the platys. From years of fish keeping experience I've never had this problem. I went elsewhere for the platys and they are swimming around happily with my goldfish

Lady at the till was so lovely and helpful, helped us download the app to get 10% off. Always have a good experience in this store:)

Staff are always helpful and friendly and also knowledgeable. I object though to live animals being kept and sold here, but at least they won't sell you a single rabbit even if you want one ( rabbits are sociable and should be kept with another one) so they should be commended for that.

Got my 2 beautiful rats from here and the lady that served me was fantastic, she made sure I had the right equipment and set up before selling me the rats, and also provided me with lots of extra information to make sure that the animals were put under as little stress as possible, the app they have has saved me a little fortune meaning I can spoil my pets that little bit more

Took my cats to be spayed qnd neutered qt vets for pets amazing, caring and friendly staff cannot reccomend highly enough. Thank you for going above and beyond for my fur babies.

Tried to buy 2 gerbils and the accessories at Kingston Park. When asking a member of staff we were told they had them but were not selling them due to staff shortages even though the place was quiet. I went to Cramlington instead where the service was superb.

Great pet store with friendly staff and wide enough aisles to get your Disability Scooter around . I have never ever had a bad experience with anyone or anything here . If you have young children , might I suggest that you bring them along to see all the cute and fuzzy animals that they have . The rabbits are very nice and who knows , maybe the staff will let the kids pet them .
