The
bottom
and
10,000
meters
of
silt.
The
attached
photo
shows
a
"cup"
purchased
on
January
2
in
the
evening,
it
cost
PLN
50.
The
rude
lady
didn't
even
offer
to
wrap
the
goods
in
wrapping
paper,
which
was
lying
under
the
glass.
It's
hard,
it
happens.
After
packing
the
glass
into
my
backpack,
wrapping
it
in
a
towel
and
a
sweatshirt,
I
set
off
for
home.
In
the
apartment
I
realized
that
instead
of
a
beautiful
decorated
goblet
in
my
backpack
there
was
broken
glass.
Unaware
of
this
state
of
affairs,
I
managed
to
cut
myself,
good
thing
I
didn't
lose
a
finger.
The
cup
was
made
of
such
low-quality
glass
that
it
shattered
without
any
impact,
destroying
my
backpack
as
well.
The
next
day,
January
3,
in
the
morning
around
12
p.m.
I
arrived
at
the
Nanu-Nana
store
in
Galeria
Krakowska
to
return
the
obviously
defective
goods.
After
placing
the
goods
on
the
counter
and
meeting
the
saleswoman's
empty,
but
already
negative,
look,
I
half-screamed:
"What
is
this!?"
I
explained
the
above
situation.
The
lady
first
announced
that:
"Sir,
no
one
will
accept
this
for
you,
it's
mechanical
damage."
While
looking
for
the
receipt
for
the
purchase,
I
pulled
out
of
my
pocket
"funny
beans
of
many
flavors"
from
my
pocket,
a
gadget
also
purchased
the
previous
day
at
the
Nanu-Nana
bazaar.
The
lady
then
announced
that
I
was
a
thief
and,
insulting
me,
she
started
calling
the
store's
security,
asking
for
their
help
in
removing
the
"aggressive"
customer
from
the
store.
Having
no
time
for
further
fruitless
discussions
with
the
ill-mannered
member
of
the
Nanu-Nana
crew,
I
left
the
store
and
engaged
in
conversation
with
the
gallery's
security
guards.
Having
no
grounds
to
stop
me,
the
gentlemen
wished
me
a
nice
day.
As
you
can
see
from
the
story
above,
it
is
a
ridiculous
store
with
rude
staff.
Better
customer
service
is
already
available
in
online
stores,
and
quality
in
Chinese
bazaars.
Hopelessness.
I
don't
recommend
it
to
anyone.
The
case
will
most
likely
go
to
the
Office
of
Competition
and
Consumer
Protection
and
will
be
discussed
higher
within
the
Nanu-Nana
structures
themselves.
