By far the best salon with formal and wedding dresses I have found! And I probably won't look any further because for me it's 10/10. Let me start by saying that my measurements are quite non-standard (top 46, bottom 40) and it is very difficult for me to buy nice dresses that fit. I bought two formal dresses and a short wedding dress in this salon. If I had come here first while looking for my long wedding dress, I would certainly have saved myself the nerves of a "reputable" salon in Krakow. The ladies are very nice, helpful and, most importantly, they know what they are doing and they will tell you straight if something doesn't look good and they don't force anything. All dresses fit me like a second skin and highlight what I need and hide what I need. Prices are the same as for made-to-measure dresses - standard to low. The salon itself is very nice, clean and insta-friendly, if that's important to anyone. Contact with the salon is also hassle-free. I really don't have anything to complain about, and I'm a typical Krakow resident :)

The Monte Carlo dress made our day even more beautiful! It looked beautiful, is comfortable and moves wonderfully! Additionally, due to the fact that the size did not fit me exactly, the dear ladies agreed to alter the dress, for which I am extremely grateful! I will definitely come back for other dress models :)

However, during the first fittings, my dress turned out to not contain any previously agreed elements, because the ladies "lost the card" with the details, and it fit me terribly, which made me feel bad and regretted my choice. I will add that at that time the service was very rude, and the only thing I heard was that the lady had 20 years of experience and had never seen such things before. As a future bride, it was very important for me to feel special and beautiful in the dress I chose, but in the Impresja Atelier salon I was made to feel that I was just another customer and my requirements were not particularly respected. Ultimately, after a few phone calls, the dress looked as it should, but due to the amount of stress it caused me, I would not decide to buy from the Impresja Atelier wedding dress salon again. Personally, I had not found a similar opinion about the salon before, after the wedding it turned out that I was not the only person treated this way. Therefore, girls, think carefully whether you want to use the services of this salon.
