After purchasing the dress, I gave a good rating because I was delighted with the service, but I had to change it because the dress did not meet my expectations and the service left a lot to be desired when I made it clear that I did not feel beautiful in the finished dress. I saw the dress for the first time a week (!) before the wedding, I was devastated, I felt terrible in it, but the ladies reassured me that in 3 days, when I would pick it up, the dress would be a perfect fit for me, so I cried and cried without leaving my bed all weekend long, waiting for a miracle. that your assurances will come true. 4 days before the wedding, during the reception, I still felt bad and fat in it (I'm slightly overweight and short, but I know that much fatter ladies can look beautiful on that day and a properly selected dress can hide and cover up a lot. Mine highlighted all my complexes). , I was counting on professional advice from professionals regarding the choice of dress, because I am not a seamstress or stylist to immediately know which cut of the dress would suit me.) Moreover, it was slightly too short, which made me even optically shorter and fatter. The nail in the coffin was the zipper that stuck out a few cm from the body, the lady didn't suggest any changes, she was only upset that I was complaining and crying when it was beautiful and the lady put in so much work and I couldn't appreciate it, commenting that "if I wanted to look slim, I had to lose weight before the wedding" (seriously!?) I had to go to the wedding in such a dress, I cried for a whole week, I felt terrible during the wedding and at the reception, all the time thinking about how bad I looked, I gave up on the session on the wedding day and tried to avoid spontaneous photos, and the sharp sequins sewn under my arm hurt my skin. the inner part of the shoulders (I wish I had been advised earlier not to sew anything in here because it would be uncomfortable) the zipper ruined the hairstyle before the mass, only now after tailoring alterations (however, this dress could have been made better, sewn the zipper in a different way, concealed the larger breasts, visually elongate the silhouette), we can go for an outdoor session, although it's a pity that on this one day when we want to look beautiful, I had to feel embarrassed because I was tempted by the Black Friday promotion, nice service on the first visit and the opportunity to take photos It's good that there are internet forums and Facebook groups for future brides looking for opinions about salons, and there I can warn them so that they don't experience such DISAPPOINTMENT as I did.

I am absolutely delighted with the cooperation with this salon! I bought the dress in September 2020, the ladies kept the deadline and kept up to date with the changing date of my wedding, so the last fitting took place 6 days before the wedding. I didn't have to worry that anything in the dress wouldn't fit, I felt like I was wearing a second skin. The ladies in the salon are very nice and advise on every possible issue. Another huge advantage is that in the salon you can take a photo of yourself in the dress, so that you can think about it together with other people or have a comparison (the only salon in Rzeszów that gave me such an opportunity). Additionally, the prices are very competitive, I had no idea that I would be able to buy the dress of my dreams at such a low price 😊 The dress made a huge impression, for which I am very grateful 😊 The ladies also made custom-made dresses for my mother (larger size). The dress made a slightly less impressive impression than mine 😊 My mother was extremely pleased, the dress emphasized everything it was supposed to emphasize and hid all the shortcomings. I am very satisfied, in no other salon in Rzeszów I have encountered such a warm and professional approach to the customer and such great openness. I will recommend this salon to every future bride!

My dream and most beautiful dress I have ever seen is from this place 🥰 Initially, I didn't even know anything about this place, and I found it by accident - while looking for another salon. I came in by the way. I have been to as many as 10 other dress salons and in none of them - in Mielec or Rzeszów - have I seen such beautiful and high-quality wedding dresses as in Elegance. I also mean other models, apart from the one I chose. A few dresses caught my eye - each of them had that "something" and was unique. I have the impression that in other salons I tried on very similar or even identical dresses made of much worse materials, which additionally cost an average of PLN 2,000. more expensive than the one I finally chose from the Elegcja Boutique salon. At Elegance you can find dresses that you will not find in any other salon. An additional advantage is the ability to take a photo, even if you are not sure about the purchase. In the frenzy of wedding preparations, this turns out to be very helpful in making the final decision. I recommend the salon primarily for the lovely and warm owner ❤ For the price - I received a large discount on dresses from the new collection + a circle with a petticoat and two free veils - a long one embroidered with lace and a short one. For the workmanship - the dress is unique, solid and identical to the show model. And the seamstresses matched it perfectly to my figure. ❤ Thank you ❤

A very professional salon. I am very satisfied with the service and the final appearance of the dress. I measured the dresses three times, there was no problem with quick alteration, narrowing and shortening. My suggestions regarding the color of the dress were taken into account, and other suggestions for changes were presented to me in a very nice way. I recommend it with pure heart!!

When choosing the dress, I had no idea what I wanted to look like. Mrs. Gosia showed me each style with great patience and I could try each of them with peace of mind. From the very beginning, as soon as she saw my figure, she suggested what I would look best in and, of course, she was right. We met several times because I had trouble deciding on shoes, so I delayed adjusting the length. But each time I was treated with extraordinary kindness. I actually felt like I was coming to see my mother. I am very grateful for all the time and attention you gave me. I couldn't have chosen better. After today's visit and reading the comments below, I dare say that the lady working in the boutique has some problem with brides in sizes other than the standard 36 or 38. I visited the salon as one of the people accompanying the bride. After answering the question about which of us was getting married, the lady serving us said without any embarrassment or inhibition that 'she is not a slim person', then, to put it mildly, she ignored the main person concerned and started talking about her experience to the rest of the group. After these words, none of us wanted to stay in this place any longer. 'Please don't be offended', but how tactless, insensitive and mean do you have to be to cause the bride to suffer complexes during such a stressful and emotional period?! I do not recommend this place and I will not return to it again.

If I can recommend a wedding dress salon to a future bride where she will get exactly the dress she dreamed of, I definitely recommend the Elegance boutique! I remember perfectly well how almost three years ago I went to the living room with a photo of a dress I downloaded from the Internet and said with certainty that this was the dress I wanted! And that's exactly what I got. It's difficult to reproduce a dress from a photo, but I managed to do it here :) It fit my figure perfectly and was made of very nice materials, so I felt great in it! The salon employees have extensive tailoring knowledge, so I fully trusted them and I was not disappointed :) The ladies were very patient and did not insist on solutions that I did not like, for which I was very grateful to them! I remember these moments very fondly! 😍

My story has come full circle.... I used to use the services of Mrs. Małgosia, now my daughter found her dress in this unique place, which was created and tailored individually for her. Fully professional service and a homely atmosphere ensure that every moment spent in the salon will be remembered very fondly.
