Very nice staff, upon entering I was greeted with a polite "good morning", which is less and less common in other stores. The sales ladies were nice and helpful.

Very bad service!!! Only one blonde lady! Drama! Yesterday I bought slippers for my mother who has been in hospital for 80 years. Obviously, size does not equal size. It turned out to be too much. This morning I went to exchange them for a smaller size. I didn't have a receipt... I don't know, I didn't receive it or take it. I asked for an exchange and no receipt, they refused. Bought 40/41 and needed 38/39. The blonde lady absolutely ignored me... there is no way to exchange b.couples. and in fact, all you had to do was enter the sales system - check the fact of purchase at this point, make a copy of the receipt and that's it... simple. But all you need is willingness and help for the petitioner. It's a shame, I don't recommend this punk to anyone. And to the blonde lady... I suggest you go back to school or take a customer service course

The service is not nice, 20 minutes before closing they don't let you into the store.

I don't like this type of stores. Supposedly cheap, but really. what's cheap. it's expensive. Poor quality of products. I do not recommend.

"Something good for everyone", a variety of products including clothes for small and large children and adults. Cool gadgets for the home, toys and a section for animals, etc... All at decent prices. Great for me :-)

Unquestionable service and approach to the customer. However, the quality of the products, especially the toys, is very low. Plastics crack, mechanical elements jam quickly and, in general, toys break quickly, so despite the relatively low price, they are not worth considering.

When entering a PEPCO store, at the door there are hangers with various low-quality goods. You can dress your children, both small and older. The rest of the goods are the same. Decorations, but someone will always buy something. The store is not big, you have to squeeze between the shelves. There are price reductions of up to 70%, do they sell out of this product?🎋

Pepco is like Pepco, but for the second time they are selling airy sachets for the wardrobe. There is no way to check it in the store. PLN 4 is not much, but there should be some quality control...
