In general, the chain store is well designed, you can find something both cheaper and more expensive. Nicely decorated fitting rooms, because there are two chairs and a table, which I use because I rarely shop there, but my mother and husband love this style, and I often advise them and I don't have to stand under a curtain while they try on clothes, and I can sit comfortably. At the end of the season, quite large discounts (e.g. pants from PLN 130 to PLN 40). When shopping there, I often leave quite large sums of money. Unfortunately, the staff works like a punishment, they are rude, they don't get paid enough (?).

The store is good for clothes and accessories, but the service is terrible! The service lady, who is probably a punishment at work, speaks rudely to customers and throws things on the floor and on the store counter. After buying a jacket in their store, I wanted to put the rest of the money in my wallet and the saleswoman stamped her foot and rolled her eyes because she was in an extremely hurry, excessively, because apart from me she had ONLY one more customer to check out.

While shopping today, my wife and I noticed that the older lady, probably the manager, was very rude to the young employees and they were standing there scared, looking like they had seen a ghost. There is a terrible lack of empathy and kindness in this store.

Nice to see it doing so well in Poland. Time to bring it back to the UK.
