Terrible service. The lady looked downright offended that we were taking up her time. The proposed suit turned out to be too small (specifically the pants), after asking about a larger size, the lady said with a sour face that they were supposed to be like that and that's it, the bigger ones would be too big. She answered every question with a strange face (suggesting that we were talking terrible nonsense). No interaction with the client, no conversation, no advice.

Very rude service, the lady kindly gives me a different size, it is recommended to replace the staff with a more customer-friendly one.

This is no longer the Vistula I promoted and dressed. The store gives the impression of chaos and mess, there is everything and nothing. Unfortunately, the service is poor, once the service at Vistula was a style in itself, they set standards, now it's poor. In general, the service in men's clothing stores in this mall is poor. It is only good in Bytom and Pawo.

I would like to emphasize that this is not the first time, because a few months earlier, my brother-in-law and father came to the same gentleman to dress for his wedding. Service, drama, stupid faces, no help. All you had to do was go to a competing company next door and immediately get a different service, you bought a beautiful suit with beautifully selected elements. I definitely do not recommend it

I do not recommend the Vistula store in Galeria Rzeszów. Average assortment, high prices. Asking customers to leave without masks. Embarrassing. Fortunately, there are plenty of other suit stores where no one pays attention to anyone because they don't wear a muzzle.
