The buildings were erected by a pathetic developer strongly supported by concrete Tadek, mindlessly urbanizing the capital of imitation for many terms of his despotic presidency, in accordance with the principle that work must be done. I warn future residents against the inevitable flooding of basements and garages.

A pathological development in probably every possible dimension, from the tacky, megalomaniacal aesthetics straight from the 90s to the terrible location in a place where there was a park with revitalization potential, now torn "in half". Apart from the fact that the investment will generate swaths of parking lots and huge car traffic in a place where it should be calmed down, the worst thing, in my opinion, is the fact that these "nightmares" are visible from many places from the perspective of the old city, which they dramatically disturb because they are located much too close to the center. Issuing a permit for such an investment by the City Hall is a lack of respect for all aesthetic, functional and compositional values. The only thing that matters is the money, which nouveau riche investors will certainly be happy to spend on a pseudo-exclusive apartment. At the expense of the quality of space and the healthy functioning of the city and its inhabitants, they are making money in the short term - because ultimately the potential of the city is destroyed. This is how it ends when the voice of experts, architects and planners is not heard in the investment process, but only of primitive upstarts.

A hint of a big-city atmosphere will come in handy in Rzeszów. I'm moving from Poznań and if it weren't for this skyscraper, I would feel depressed in a relatively small city. In addition, there is a new symbol, not the old big you-know-what. It must be admitted that the quite old architecture, reminiscent of Warsaw's Złota 44 and Olszynki Park, could have been made of glass. Unfortunately, we can't change this, it's good that it exists

A giant monster in the center of Rzeszów. It fits like a flower on a sheepskin coat.

Once a week, e.g. today (October 2, 2023), the construction site is not illuminated, especially the construction crane. This height of the building/crane poses a danger in air traffic.

Probably the most harmful building in the last 20 years in Rzeszów. The congested Szopena, which thanks to this nightmare will get another few hundred (or more) cars, and this type of building does not fit this place at all and simply disfigures the urban space. Not to mention the flood area or retention problem.
