A
pathological
development
in
probably
every
possible
dimension,
from
the
tacky,
megalomaniacal
aesthetics
straight
from
the
90s
to
the
terrible
location
in
a
place
where
there
was
a
park
with
revitalization
potential,
now
torn
"in
half".
Apart
from
the
fact
that
the
investment
will
generate
swaths
of
parking
lots
and
huge
car
traffic
in
a
place
where
it
should
be
calmed
down,
the
worst
thing,
in
my
opinion,
is
the
fact
that
these
"nightmares"
are
visible
from
many
places
from
the
perspective
of
the
old
city,
which
they
dramatically
disturb
because
they
are
located
much
too
close
to
the
center.
Issuing
a
permit
for
such
an
investment
by
the
City
Hall
is
a
lack
of
respect
for
all
aesthetic,
functional
and
compositional
values.
The
only
thing
that
matters
is
the
money,
which
nouveau
riche
investors
will
certainly
be
happy
to
spend
on
a
pseudo-exclusive
apartment.
At
the
expense
of
the
quality
of
space
and
the
healthy
functioning
of
the
city
and
its
inhabitants,
they
are
making
money
in
the
short
term
-
because
ultimately
the
potential
of
the
city
is
destroyed.
This
is
how
it
ends
when
the
voice
of
experts,
architects
and
planners
is
not
heard
in
the
investment
process,
but
only
of
primitive
upstarts.
