Byłam w Bersekres Team Rzeszów na pierwszym w swoim życiu treningu i bardzo podobało mi się, że podejście do każdej osoby jest indywidualne, że trener stara się pomóc, a panująca atmosfera jest bardzo rodzinna. Polecam serdecznie! Kawusia w bistro też jest super 👌

Great training sessions, very good trainers, cool atmosphere on the mat :) but there could be a little more sparring :) Mega plus for the boxing classes ONLY!!!!!! They also take care of social media, so you can get great photos and cool videos :)
