Cafe at CJP II. I most often visit this place on Sundays around noon. There is a large parking lot near the center, toilets sometimes open and sometimes not (paid PLN 2). In the cafe you can eat cakes and ice cream. Drink coffee, cool drinks. There are tables inside and a few seats outside. I personally buy cakes and ice cream. The most famous is the papal cream cake - of average quality (the best choice of cookies). With the rest, it was like hitting the lottery. Recently I came across some not new Black Forest and I spent the rest of Sunday with stomach pain and nausea. I recommend cream cakes, the rest is at your own risk.

The cakes in the café located in the John Paul II Center do not impress with their taste, they are not very sweet and you cannot feel the difference between the layers. The coffee is good. The prices are not high, but the lady serving coffee and cakes behaves as if she was there as a punishment.

First of all our rating is 0, sadly there is no 0 option. We were horrified to see the pastries were crawling with wasps. Due to working in the medical sector I'm fully aware if what types of droppings insects leave, which is disgusting. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff stating the full tray (see photo) must be binned immediately. The blonde short haired woman, who has what I can only describe as appalling/ rude customer service and mannerism, totally dismissed our acknowledgement of the requirement to dump the pastries, instead she became angry that we would request this!! as opposed to thanking us for raising the issue. We were approximately 30 mins in the cafe drinking and chatting, the pastries are still on display, and still on display when leaving. The sad part is it's a feast day, there are countless busses arriving , I'm guessing they will come here. Absolutely disgraceful food hygiene. We advised that we took a photo, posting in Google reviews and reporting . To our horror an elderly couple. Came in ordered two of these pastries , my friend went over to try explain not to eat. The couple didn't not speak English and could not understand. The blonde employee shouted something about my friend , then gave the man the pastries. Seconds later he was chewing, I STRONG ADVISE NEVER EAT IN HERE!!

I dropped in for coffee and I don't regret it. Espresso from a coffee machine tastes like something incredibly tasty in cafes in the old days. For coffee, Biedronka cake with jelly and Ala cheesecake. It goes wonderfully with coffee. You can eat ice cream on site, drink and a large selection of cakes. I wholeheartedly recommend it, it's worth visiting.😇

Friendly service, good cakes. The place is not too big, but cozy.

The Krakowski cheesecake was so hard that it was impossible to eat. Taste disgusting.

The cake is dry and stale. Prices very affordable. Very weak cream.

MASSACRE A scoop of ice cream costs PLN 5 and is so small it's a shame Besides, the ice cream is very weak, probably bought ready-made in Biedronka!!!

Watch out for NAPOLEONKA!!! It is not a normal fondant, but instead of cream, a terribly sweet meringue mass. Don't let the large size and lower price than the Pope's cream cake tempt you.

If someone wants to eat delicious dumplings, unfortunately, you won't eat them here because the dough is raw and the stuffing is runny, and the red borscht is oversalted, but you could eat it compared to the dumplings I do not recommend
