Hands down the worst experience I've ever had a a hotel!!! The staff are unprofessional and the rooms are dirty! I came to this hotel to spend a few days relaxing and to get away from the war in ukraine as I have been fighting in the war for a couple months and this hotel was advertised as a place to relax and be comfortable, but this hotel is no place a person can relax and my stay has been absolutely horrible because the staff treats you like trash if you are not polish and they do not like Americans or soldiers that support ukraine! I've had lousy service my entire stay and I've been mocked and laughed at because I'm an American! I made a complaint about noise and I was told it's my problem not theirs! Horrible service, unprofessional staff and low quality accommodations!

I enjoyed my trip to Rzeszow highly and having this nice hotel contributed a lot to my positive experience. I intensionally booked hotel with swimming pool and used sauna once. second time I wanted to use it in the morning it was cold and I didn't understand how to switch it on and I was short in time to ask for help by that time. my room was nice. I liked live piano music the most. I also was lucky to have a parking space as the hotel was full. important info for foreigners that there in Rzeszow many parking machines and they all accept credit cards. also people park really wide there so no issues with the car. nothing or almost nothing works on sundays. mobile internet from the UK provider works fast everywhere. maybe only close to the airport the signal wasn't so great anymore.

Rooms are all unique, great location close to many restaurants to try. If you need to go to sleep early on a Friday or Saturday night, don't count on it. This place prioritises late night parties over other patrons!

Good hotel, while it would be good if the rooms are maintained better and renovated at some point. For e.g. sink was not fixed to flow the water normally, it was not possible to set comfortable water temperature in shower, absolutely not enough shelves and hooks, carpet is old… While the restaurant and staff are great.

We spent one night at this hotel during a recent visit to Poland. We loved it! Very stylish, great staff and perfect city location. We will be recommending it to others. Thanks for having us! (P.s. the Solaris white wine sold in the bar is absolutely amazing!)

Stayed in standard room, Check in was easy and fast, staff were friendly and attentive and rooms were comfortable and clean. Went here for a wedding and food was excellent, staff were excellent. If you are staying over the weekend might be better to get an upgraded room as there is a nightclub which if you are a very light sleeper it might be an issue as the center balcony rooms overlook the wedding venue also which could be noisy on a saturday night. Weekdays not an issue. Its free in for guests but I'm too old to go to a niteclub! I'm staying for an extra few days (sun/mon/tues) in a deluxe so will see the difference. Room Minibar was locked for some reason and my friends were unlocked, not sure why that was but could be for the best. Great central location. I locked myself out of the room safe and was sorted in a few minutes, staff have great English. Hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating throughout. Only issue was check out was at 12 and the next room was not ready until 2pm, but they stored my bag at reception which was fine, but I had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready and I did not fancy walking around in 32 degree heat the night after a late night wedding, so I had to pack everything, move my bag down, come back in 2 hours, move my bag up, then unpack again. Since all my details were on the system I'm sure there could have been a better arrangement and it stopped my from upgrading to a studio or presidential suite. EDIT: stayed in deluxe for 3 days, bidet did not work, minifridge was locked, iron did not work, toilet extractor fan was going constantly and would not switch off, long clumps of hair on the bedroom floor which was not cleaned up after room serviced I assume from previous people as I'm bald, TV was old and problem with screen fading. Modern smart TVs would be a good addition. I put the room rating down to 3 really because of the clumps of hair, which is a shame as I assumed the deluxe rooms would be better.

I can highly recommend a stay in this Hotel. The service is good, the choice at breakfast buffet is more than enough and the room was unbeliveable. The Hotel is directly located in the City and you can reach everything by foot.

Was in this hotel for like 2 months. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is it's location, anywhere else in the world, this would be considered a terrible hotel. The wifi is terrible, it's absolute dog water. The hot tub was out of commission the whole month of May and June when it was cold out. The Air conditioning in the rooms is a joke, I told the front desk and it's been two days, nothing has changed and it's been hot two days in a row. Shower is amazing. Location and access to everything, amazing. The rear of the hotel has a coffee and breakfast shop, it's also amazing. But other than that. I wouldn't recommend.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Centrally located close to many amenities including restaurants and grocery stores.

The front staff treated me indifferent and their lack of understanding that not all countries have Identity Cards, rather instead use Driving licence as equivalent and disregard accorded to me. Won't be staying here after the treatment I got.

Great hotel! The design and atmosphere of the lobby, bar and sitting area is great. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel is tucked back a little bit and parking is right but overall a very nice stay.

This was our second stay at Grand Hotel Boutique and we would highly recommend it to everyone who visit Rzeszów. Great location, clean and cozy rooms, excellent service. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. We were greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. Great selection of delicious food & drinks at Patio Restaurant and Stary Piernik. We will be back when we visit Rzeszów again.

Wanted to have a good Sauna session, but the Steam Sauna was shut down and the dry sauna was only 60 degrees. I asked the staff to adjust it, and they tried, but after 30 minutes, there was no change.

Had a 5th floor balcony room. Very nice experience. Convenient location. Just next door to the main square of the town. The shopping street is also very close by. Millennium Hall shopping mall on almost 15 mins walk or 10-12PLN by Bolt taxi.

Very beautiful hotel. Spend a night In it and would love to stay for more nights. The only bad thing is that the prices could go down a little bit. The dinner place is absolutely outstanding. Nice location and a very nice room.

The staff is great and very helpful when needed, their breakfast buffet has a huge selection of great food and it lasts until 10:30am. The pool, jacuzzi and saunas were very clean and take care of. The suite we stayed in was a bit outdated but the bed mattresses were amazingly comfortable.

Great hotel overall. The service and the people were simply great, I would recommend it. The only reason I remove a star is because one of the shower in the room wasn't functioning properly and there was some spots in the bathroom that could use some scrubbing. Beside that the room was cozy and really comfortable.

Not to be judge from outside the hotel looks amazing inside and breakfast are really delicious, there is also cafeteria that have some interesting sweets. Rooms are big, and well equipped and features some interesting solutions like windows to bathrooms that help to contrast the dark style the rooms are furnished in. Unfortunately there is also heavily limited parking place and rooms that felt a bit too dark for me keep it from being 5 stars.

An excellent hotel with superb staff. I felt welcomed med and well taken care of during my stay. The room was super clean and the facilities were all excellent. The breakfasts are superb offering an array of local dished to chose from. I would certainly stay agin based on my experiences.

The hotel is clean and well designed, but with uncomfortable beds and chairs. Design is just not everything. The beds are terribly hard and it's not relaxing to sleep. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so the mirror is mostly foggy. The breakfast area is nice, comfortable and the staff is friendly. There weren't many things to choose from at the buffet, but since the hotel didn't have many guests it was OK to have a smaller buffet.

Amazing place, with excellent staff willing to above and beyond to help people out. The gentleman behind the front desk was amazing with us, helping us through a very difficult moment. Thank you and thanks again for your help.

👍👍 Their kebabs are some of the best I ever had in my entire life. I don't think we have anything as good in USA. Every single time we come to Poland we make a case to stop by at this location.
