Ok, we accepted the change, maybe there were a lot of orders. Unfortunately, after arriving at the premises, we had to wait another 30 minutes for pickup, which gives a total of 1 hour from the original order time. We didn't even hear a word of apology for the situation.

I made my first order right after opening, the rolls were average. Strange rice, thick pieces, semi-finished products cut very thick. 4/10 The second attempt and the impressions are similar to the first. Here is the promotional set. Sushi made much earlier, ready, is in the fridge. Cold rolls, soft tempura, dry ends, rice soaked in teriyaki sauce. In general, there is no point in cheating - promotion, but poor quality. Sushi is about balancing the number of ingredients, the quality of products, the seasoning of rice, and the most important thing is freshness. This should not be done on a whim. It must be fresh. Sushi rice doesn't like the fridge. It's a bar, a sushi cafeteria, it can't be called a real restaurant. A real sushi place wouldn't do something like that. This is my first 1 star, it was really bad.

I gave this place many chances. It's getting worse over time. Starting with the service, the girl serving both on site and on the phone is a disaster. Talking with resentment in your voice before someone speaks. You order/collect and feel that it is there as a punishment. The sushi itself is also getting worse. In terms of quality, size and overall appearance. I tried to convince and give it a chance, but unfortunately... Recently I felt bad after eating. There are much better sushi bars in Rzeszów. The place on Grunwaldzka and Nowy Świat streets has no atmosphere, but that's just a grain of minus. Packaging cost +PLN 4 for dingy plastic. The pass was also a minus. I don't recommend this place.
