If you are coming to Rzcezow for business or pleasure this is the best hotel to be, great rooms, very friendly employees, the included breakfast it’s awesome, you have Lot’s of options for food or party either in the hotel or the mainsquare that is just behind the hotel, I make reservations in advance because it’s always full, always feel comfortable

Based on 2 stays a couple months apart, Apart from friendly staff there is not a lot of redeeming features, a list for ease: - weird layout, would be ok but a lot of the rooms have no direct sunlight as a result, even my suite. - restaurant is right outside a lot of rooms and blasts music from 6am to 11pm. - beds are 2 singles not a queen or even a double, duvets are also singles. - bathrooms are too focused on looking quirky rather than having a functional design. - Some doors don’t close properly. - TV seems to choose at random when it wants to work properly. - Rooms have very thin walls. - Lack of amenities in room, sometimes glasses, sometimes bottle opener, sometimes toiletries. Despite the long list, I know there will still be things I have missed.

I was a guest at the Bristol Hotel in Rzeszów more than 5× times in the last two years, and I'm satisfied. Check in process is always smooth, even in the night. Rooms are cozy, and breakfast is wonderful. I like the restaurants and their offered dishes. Parking is sometimes full, so I had to park somewhere nearby.

A very pleasant and despite the size, cosy hotel. Unfortunately the room we got had windows directly onto a public area inside the hotel (325), the window is right next to a computer desk and people swinging pretty much push themselves off the window. Consequently you have to have all shades closed to get any privacy and therefore get zero natural light in. Also, the bathroom lacks a curtain and after the shower you have a slippery, wet water pool all over the bathroom which is unpleasantly annoying.

Amazing hotel with super staff and service. So friendly, and had a super awesome experience with Balia Spa on the top floor. Gabriela and Yana treated me like a King. Great massage, steam room, gym, terrace, and relaxing zone. 👍👍

Best spa experience at a fantastic price point. Was welcomed like family by Gabriela at the front desk she helped me choose several retail products for gifts and choose best treatment options for my stay. I will return here with my family every single time I am in town. I wish there were more Gabriela's in the world. Fantastic customer service experience 5 stars!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms, great price. However, everyone books this hotel. Hard to get more than a week's stay there in the Summer months.

Very good food served in a nice location! The Hummus starter was delicious (picture is showing a half portion by the way). The New York Steak was medium as ordered and delicious as well.

I love all the small finishing touches to the decor, such as real plants in the bedroom! The bed was extremely comfortable, and I got a very good night's sleep. I really enjoyed the soft robes and slippers provided, and the bathing cosmetics, which all seemed really high quality to me.

I made a reservation on the website. The pictures showed one thing, but the actual rooms were different. I booked a higher category (more expensive), but they gave me a lower one. Come on, use proper pictures! Why show something and give something else? Later, they changed the room, but the bathroom and the whole room were facing a small courtyard with swings (just 1 meter from the window) 🤣🤣🤣 So, during your romantic evening, you have four other guests watching you at an arm's length 🤣 Overall, the hotel is decent, but after a 2500 km journey, you expect a more pleasant check-in experience and impressions from a 5-star hotel. It's not a 5-star experience, but it's definitely a 3+ star. In the end, I ended up staying in a lower category for which I overpaid in reality 🤣 So, the photos are from Junior Suite 😁

Great hotel in the centre of Rzeszow, with a busy and vibrant square full of bars and restaurants outside its back door. Food was excellent, beer was cold and rooms were quiet and comfortable…

In this hotel I had a training in the Orange Hall. Organization at a decent level: a spacious room, easy control of the air conditioning system, and good preparation of a coffee break (tea, coffee, sweets). Separately, I want to highlight the hotel staff from the reception - very polite guys, positive and always ready to help. Thanks a lot. Next time I will try to book a room in this hotel. My recommendations.

I usually enjoy staying at the Bristol. It’s one of the best options in Rzeszow. Some minor things to be improved: mini bar & amenities were not refilled during the stay, there was no bottle opener in the room. Check-in was slow as there was only 1 staff and 5 people arriving. Breakfast is very nice and staff in general is friendly.

Last month when I stayed there , the suite that I had was amazing but this time I was very very disappointed ... The room I stayed in was on the sixth floor was absolutely terrible... So I changed room next door and it was a little better but I didn't realize the patio was shared by other guests and was so loud at night and I couldn't open a window to recycle the air in the room because my windows were facing the indoors ... Absolutely terrible. I am very very disappointed ☹️ this time around . As I checked out I advised the front desk to keep my crew and myself out of the sixth floor next time we stay there .

Very bad experience. No basic toiletries in proper amount or quality. Room service does not answer the phone. Reception absolutely unhelpful over the phone. Wifi did not work at all. Food does not taste well. Overall unfriendly personnel.

People were great, service was wonderful, food was great, price was spot on. Not much more that you could ask for.

Decent hotel. Make sure you ask for a room in the newer wings as the other types seem to have constant problems with the AC.

The hotel is located in the center of Rzeszow just near Market Square, which is very convenient. The bus and train stations can be reached just in 15 min. by walking. You can find many restaurants and coffee shops around. However, the hotel has its own fantastic restaurant Folk, and a brewery Stary Browar Rzeszowski on the ground floor. The rooms have a modern design, but very bad sound isolation. I would like to point out the delicious breakfasts and polite personnel who provide prominent customer service. Recommend!

Really great hotel in a fantastic location. Dozens of shops and restaurants within a block. Great in restaurant hotel and bar. Rooms were perfect as was service.

I stayed here in February 2022. Hotel is in a good location, with a very nice restaurant. My room was very cold and the temperature could not be changed. The corridor was actually warmer. I could hear TV and noise from room next door loudly, as if were in my room. There was a low humming noise from electrical unit near door. Room had two single beds not a double which I requested. Some wobbly bathroom fittings. No iron. TV comes on every time you enter the room and put the card in the slot for power - very annoying. There was no Wi-Fi for first two days - pretty useless for a business traveller.

The staff was friendly, always ready to assist and very professional. Special Kudos to Marlena working in the Resturant for making sure that everyone having breakfast started out their day with fast friendly service with any special requests. Her friendly smile made a big difference when working away from home.
