Damn, I have mixed feelings. I accidentally came across Georgian pastries while looking for a place for dinner. I haven't eaten such khachapuri full of cottage cheese and stringy cheese for a long time. It was delicious. Everyone ate it, even my daughter, who has a hard time getting her to eat anything. I decided to return to the place a day later and buy different flavors, being incredibly curious. Unfortunately, this time the spell was broken and these fresh warm or summer khachapuri with cheese (I tried fresh ones and then waited until they were lukewarm) had very little cheese this time. I must admit that I was disappointed. Especially since I bought several pieces of them and my family didn't want to eat them anymore.
