I
spent
$20,000+
USD
(80,000+
zł)
for
wedding
and
hotel
rooms
at
this
reception
alone
and
all
I
can
say
is
STAY
AWAY
FROM
THIS
HOTEL
AT
ALL
COSTS.
The
way
that
they
run
their
business
and
treat
their
customers
from
rooms
to
weddings
is
borderline
unethical.
Just
less
than
2
weeks
before
the
wedding,
they
discreetly
inform
us
in
an
email
that
“by
the
way,
the
per
plate
cost
is
now
25%
more”,
which
was
even
more
than
the
20%
that
we
agreed
on
in
the
original
contract.
I
begged
and
begged
for
that
new
menu
with
the
price
increase,
and
I
never
received
it
(probably
5+
emails,
in
many
phones
calls,
and
in
person),
so
who
knows
how
legit
that
price
increase
even
was.
The
woman
‘helping’
us
throughout
the
process
rarely
answered
us
over
email
until
we
had
to
buy
expensive
calling
cards
to
try
to
reach
her,
and
to
which
she
insisted
that
she’d
just
reply
over
email.
Not
to
mention,
she
stole
a
vodka
bottle,
which
makes
me
wonder
what
else
the
staff
stole,
we
saw
it
in
her
bag
which
she
later
moved
behind
the
reception
desk
on
the
Monday
after
the
parties.
After
so
many
‘surprise
fees’
that
I
kept
trying
to
make
sure
that
would
not
keep
happening,
she
surprised
us
a
week
after
the
wedding
accusing
us
that
WE
broke
the
door
and
to
pay
1000
zł.
Luckily,
we
had
looked
at
the
room
the
day
before
our
stay,
and
I
had
recorded
the
room
layout,
to
where
I
had
luckily
caught
the
damage
already
there.
On
top
of
all
of
that,
they
wanted
to
increase
the
chair
cover
cost
from
8
zł
to
10
zł,
to
which
I
threw
a
fit.
They
also
made
us
pay
8
zł
per
person
just
to
cut
the
cake
that
we
paid
for
separately,
and
they
told
us
this
after
I
had
already
paid
my
deposit
for
that
cake
and
me
mentioning
several
times
that
I
would
be
getting
a
cake
externally.
There
were
many
moments
during
the
wedding
where
not
a
single
server
could
be
found
in
sight.
There
was
a
point
where
not
a
single
table
had
water.
In
terms
of
hotels
rooms.
We
gave
them
enormous
profits,
we
paid
$100+
a
night
for
many
of
our
guest
at
LEAST
and
each
was
at
least
a
3
night
stay.
We
missed
one
of
our
guests
and
we
visited
them
in
the
morning
and
asked
them
that
if
any
rooms
open
up,
to
give
it
to
us.
We
call
later
in
the
day
to
check
up
about
that
because
we
didn’t
hear
back
and
then
they
say
tell
us
that
one
is
available,
only
to
momentarily
call
us
back
to
say
“sorry,
someone
just
booked
it,
but
you
can
pay
for
a
much
more
expensive
rooms
instead”.
So
while
we
are
giving
this
business
huge
profits,
contacting
them
all
day,
they
couldn’t
call
that
random
person
and
cancel
them
instead?
They
cancelled
the
room
on
us?
Truly
unethical.
On
top
of
that,
we
weren’t
able
to
get
a
refund
on
one
of
our
stays
to
which
we
paid
ahead,
when
someone
couldn’t
make
it
to
the
wedding,
even
though
it
was
days
in
advance.
Overall,
I
can’t
believe
that
people
still
want
weddings
at
the
place,
I
wouldn’t
recommend
this
hotel
to
my
worst
enemy.
