WIFI here is terrible. For what they charge for a room and the rest of the facilities being top notch, it's disappointing that something like WIFI doesn't meet the same standard. It's terrible at night.

The hotel is visually beautiful. However, it is filled with some kind of acidic fragrance which reminds me of Carpet Fresh crystals, and there was no escape. I opened the balcony door wide and slept on a couch with my head near the door, but still woke with a bloody nose from the chemicals. Check-in staff was polite and professional, but fell short of either welcoming or helpful. No food options were available at my arrival time, and rather than suggest a taxi to the nearby town 8 km away or a delivery service they simply said nothing was around. For all that, the hotel is in a beautiful location, and could be wonderful with some minor tweaks

This place has a wonderful vibe. Great staffing. I was really fascinated by the aged beef display. The food was very tasty!!! Be sure to try their drinks as well!

I enjoyed the saunas, was a bit too much ££ for a day session but there are 50% discounts on some days of the week. Overall a nice spa very good customer service and quality of service. I've not had any food but looked at the menu and it seemed top shelf. The jacuzzi bar is a nice feature. Be aware of the roadworks, currently there is no roads around the resort so it can be tricky to navigate.

I was taken care of with so much courtesy and warmth that I cannot say any bad word.

Everything was at a decent level, very tasty cuisine in the restaurant, also delicious breakfasts. The rooms are new and clean. In fact, this is the only hotel in the city that allowed parents and two children to stay in one room. A small minus is the lack of a bellboy at the time of settlement

Rooms were nice and clean; the reception staff were courteous, the maid and the breakfast staff were rude and descriminatory towards my family, very uncomfortable.

2 steam rooms and 3 saunas that will test anyone's ability to withstand the heat of hell itself. A nice pool outside and a cold plunge.

The spa itself was pleasant and the lady who does the facial was very welcoming. My kids enjoyed their manicures.

As a frequent traveler, I really like such a fine establishments located just a short ride from a city airport! I've noticed that this hotel can provide a perfect organization for all of your events but most of all I really liked highly professional personel working there! Keep up the great work! :)

Stayed for 2 nights while I was in the area. Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms were very nice. Heated bathroom floors were an unexpected delight. Spa was immaculate. 2 steam rooms, 3 saunas(one was outside), indoor and outdoor heated pools. Drinks were poured with the customer in mind. Food was superb. You have to get the Filet Mignon. One of the best steaks I have had in a while and the best so far in Poland. Will definitely return this summer to enjoy again!!

A really nice place to stay. It has a beautiful pool (not like most the just have those boring pools), A great spa and great food. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were reasonably priced, and clean.

Easy accessible, especially from airport. You can take the airport bus, it will take you to the hotel in approx. 10 mins. The hotel rooms gives you a great experience also they have very friendly staff members. Totally recommend it.

wellness and pool super, gym sufficient. Breakfast is a 5 * buffet, dinner is cooked, they look very nice to look at, but I didn't like either of the three meals. The room was nice, clean, spacious bathroom, but poorly placed is a switch bar.

If you're invited to the wedding reception, you may feel this hotel has some merit. We stayed in a over- priced suite on the top floor only to have a wedding reception blasting away in a special room until the after 03:00 hours at the other end of the hall. What is the hotel thinking??? Not much! Profit first! You booked an expensive suite? Too bad! The owner did offer a reimbursement, but, surprisingly, it never came through. The owner has priorities...1) Himself. 2) Himself, and 3) Himself. If you decide to stay there, be sure no wedding receptions are booked at the same time. Then you can simply be disappointed at by the room. h

I stayed overnight waiting for transfer and I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, hot water in the shower, clean sheets, good AC. The hotel has a spa section which I did not have time to try, but it looked very nice. The restaurant has a nice and varied menu, including vegan option, my food was tasty and a nice sized portion. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection, including super delicious pancakes. All spaces clean, with super helpful and courteous staff.

Lovely place and hosting a large number of organisations helping in the Ukraine Crisis. Really applaud that! 100% recommend...except the smell of smoke before you walk in...(cigarettes 🚬)
