Very nice place for rest. When we stay @hotekl SPA was closed for repair but near forest and you can hear birds sound melody all day...

Great place to stay, amazing staff and location. Good breakfast, swimming pool and activiti area for kids, air conditioning 1st class - strongly recommended to visit.

We only went for a massage which was amazing. A lot of different types of messages. Had a full body massage. Unbelievable. Highly recommended. If you go for a massage book Anna, very thoroural masseuse. Thank you

Pluses: +the place where the hotel is situated is amazing. It’s big, beautiful, many trees. It’s picturesque + very taste and rich breakfast + interior is incredible Minuses: - the receptionists are not very pleasant, they will not say to you hello, goodbye, have a nice day etc. Maybe it’s not a big problem, but for hotel with 4 stars it’s really strange. You have to be polite. - the receptionists said that breakfast will be in 7 o’clock, but in fact in was at 8, because of weekends. That’s ok, but please tell about this!!! How should we know? - SPA. When we booked this hotel we thought that SPA will be only for the guests of hotel. In real SPA is more for people from outside. In such situation you can’t get the relax, you just see very crowded and noisy place - Near the room entrance door the blizzard is buzzing. It’s really prevents you to sleep - We were here on March 8, and the other guests were drinking, laughing, shouting all night long!!! And no one even said them a word! How can it be? It’s not a hostel, but it looks like it is.

Very decent hotel with a great service and spa. The bathroom isn't that exciting and the shower sucks. All rooms have porches. 👍

Very friendly staff. Very good 'zurek' in the morning. Great saunas. Good value.

Fantastic location with an amazing view. Felt very luxurious and professionally run with attentive staff. The spa's and pools were great.
