Absolutely the worst management and hotel i have ever stayed in. I have been to over 100 countries. This hotel is the worst. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME WHEN I LEFT EARLY. NEVER STAY HERE.

No WIFI, no heating, poor lighting in the room

We booked this hotel a month ago, today we are here and it's closed !!!! Although our booking was active!!

Good location for where we stayed. Late check in available. Nice and friendly reception personnel. Clean beds and room. Hotel WiFi and breakfast for only 22eu per person.

I would like to describe how manage this hotel especially using that I come from Ukraine with little child alone with child 1 year 8 month. I booked hotel Pod Borem from 2nd of March till 20th of March. When I arrived I have paid for all period near 5200 ZLt. I staid here till 5th of March and explained that could not stay there with child of 2 year as it is unclean and no kitchen (it is very dirty). They promised to returned money for period from 5th to 20TH.Now they asked to cancel booking and do not return money and do not reply my phone I am traveling from Ukraine with little kid from war and pay! for stay full amount and now they manage like this. They blocked number of my coordinator from Poland and also do not reply. It is so unpleasant as many people help there and this hotel used situation.

The room has a bed and not much else. The internet is a router that gets moved up and down the hall and the shower was not the cleanest by far. Hallways are dark I was waiting for twins to come out.

Good hotal for rest

3 star hotel. It's cheap, but do not expect luxury. It is near the Rzeszow airport and not so far from town.

Best hotel in the world I recomend you this hotel

The hotel is located near the beautiful forest. There is a supermarket and a gas station nearby. Nice staff, good breakfast. There are billiards. The rooms are cosy and clean

Hotel is not good. Beds are old and you can really feel that. Paint is falling out from toilet walls. I was not able to pay with credit card. They wanted to have euros and return zloty back with terrible exhange rate. Never again to this hotel.

Pet friendly, comfortable place.
