Hydro-Met
installed
underfloor
heating
in
a
house
purchased
from
a
developer.
Two
years
later,
two
rotameters
in
the
manifold
broke.
I
waited
2
months
to
replace
one
of
them.
It
was
summer,
so
when
I
got
to
the
heating
season,
I
had
to
remind
myself
because
the
company
forgot
to
replace
it.
When
the
service
technician
arrived,
he
had
a
bad
rotameter.
Back
then
I
wanted
to
write
a
review
about
this
company,
but
I
gave
up.
But
it
happened
again.
Three
months
ago,
before
the
new
heating
season,
I
reported
that
the
pump
in
the
distributor
was
not
working.
I
was
asked
to
send
a
recording
of
the
push-up.
After
sending
it,
the
service
center
replied
that
everything
was
OK
with
the
pump,
even
though
I
couldn't
hear
the
pump
working
at
all.
I
wrote
an
e-mail
that
I
thought
the
pump
was
not
working
and
asked
2
questions
to
which
I
have
not
received
an
answer
yet.
Having
already
had
experience
with
this
company,
I
started
looking
for
other
specialists.
Of
course,
I
received
confirmation
that
the
pump
was
not
working.
I
found
out
that
the
installation
was
done
wrong.
There
is
no
valve,
so
if
the
pump
is
replaced,
the
water
must
be
drained
from
the
entire
installation.
The
pump
is
installed
so
that
the
starting
screw
is
at
the
back,
right
next
to
the
wall,
and
there
is
no
way
to
get
to
it.
I
decided
that
this
company
should
deal
with
what
they
did
and
after
2
months
I
called
the
office.
I
explained
that
I
was
being
ignored.
I
received
a
reply
that
the
service
would
contact
me
the
next
day.
A
month
has
passed
and
silence,
even
though
I
sent
another
e-mail.
This
is
the
worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced
in
my
life.
I
recommend
that
you
really
think
twice
before
using
the
services
of
this
company.
Update
to
Hydro-Met's
answer:
I
never
received
these
emails
from
you.
I
don't
know
where
the
Lord
sent
them.
You
supposedly
made
a
Forward,
which
does
not
include
my
destination
address,
only
the
time,
which
does
not
even
match
what
you
are
replying
here.
You
write
that
he
sent
me
e-mails
on
2023-12-21
and
2024-01-09.
But
in
the
e-mail
you
sent
there
are
three
dates
-
2023-12-24,
2023-12-21
and
2023-12-21.
How
many
emails
did
you
send
and
when
exactly?
:)
It
looks
like
hand-crafted
Forwards,
as
if
something
was
sent
to
me.
I
am
attaching
the
entire
thread
to
the
opinion,
where
you
can
see
that
the
first
e-mail
from
you
that
I
received
is
dated
2024-01-09,
after
I
posted
this
opinion.
And
it's
a
pity
that
you
deliberately
skip
the
beginning
of
the
correspondence,
which
started
on
October
10,
2023,
and
no
one
replied
to
my
e-mail
the
next
day
for
two
months.
And
later
I
didn't
receive
any
e-mail,
even
though
you
supposedly
sent
something.
And
this
is
my
main
complaint.
Because
it
was
the
same
with
rotameters.
I
waited
several
months
until
I
escalated
the
issue
to
the
developer.
A
furnace
comment
is
another
low
in
communication.
I
didn't
write
anything
about
him.
I
know
perfectly
well
that
I
forgot
about
the
inspection
and
I
wasn't
looking
for
culprits
here.
After
all,
I
had
no
grudge
against
you
and
paid
for
the
inspection.
I
will
tell
you
how
to
solve
this
problem.
I
apologize
for
waiting
several
months
for
a
response.
Assure
you
that
the
communication
problem
will
be
corrected
and
I
will
delete
the
review.
But
I
see
that
instead
of
conclusions
and
an
admission
that
the
client
has
to
wait
months
for
a
response,
this
is
a
senseless
attack
with
a
furnace
and
a
complaint
that
I
am
not
replying
to
e-mails.
Masterpiece
:)
The
attached
screenshot
of
the
email
thread
describes
everything
perfectly.
Actually,
it's
good
that
you
commented
on
it
publicly
and
not
privately
via
e-mail.
Let
everyone
who
reads
this
decide
for
themselves
whether
they
want
to
use
the
services
of
such
a
company.
Besides,
thank
you
for
replacing
the
rotameters
for
free
under
the
warranty,
which
was
still
covered.
