    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed... The nice lady from the store ordered a selected engagement ring for me from another Apart store in the size I selected. Unfortunately, it turned out that the store sending the ring made a mistake (the number on the certificate did not match). They sent another ring with a diamond of 0.16 kr instead of 0.17 kr and at a price almost PLN 300 higher. As I wanted to pick up the ring before going on holiday, I was forced to buy the one sent instead of waiting another few days for the correct one to be sent. Ultimately, I paid more for a ring of lower value... The store could have corrected its mistake by adjusting the price to the product ordered. However, this did not happen. Therefore, despite the very nice service in the salon, I do not recommend shopping here. When you pay extra for a "well-known brand", you expect professional service without unpleasant surprises and stress.

    Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. Some time ago, my fiancé and I went to the salon in Galeria Rzeszów to change the size of the engagement ring. Unfortunately, I couldn't count on help in choosing the size despite such a request, I really wanted it because I had never worn such jewelry before. I was counting on any objective opinion/help, but all I heard was "I won't choose you." Additionally, the saleswoman directly told me about the price of the ring, which really surprised me, because it seems to me that such information should be discreetly shared only between the buyer and the seller. This is a form of surprise/gift, so not everyone would like to know the exact price. Plus, the short waiting time for a different ring size ordered. 🙂

    Lack of professionalism from the staff. Expecting help and good advice when choosing wedding rings, the lady from the staff sent us away with the words: "The wedding rings are there, please take a look." Later, the lady asked for help "by eye" advised us on the size of the wedding ring. We have not made a purchase. This was not my first negative experience in various Apart showrooms, each related to a dismissive approach to the customer and incompetence of the service. I do not recommend.

    I do not recommend shopping in the store in Galeria Rzeszowska. The service is a disaster. As soon as you enter the store, you feel discouraged. The ladies' faces - first a peek and then one of them approaches with great grace and reluctance. They effectively discourage shopping. During the first visit, the blonde lady made me understand that I was ordering an expensive ring because it was out of stock in the store [as usual - problem with the assortment]. I asked to order a ring. The lady first said that she would check if it was in Romans somewhere. When it turned out that my size was not available in another store, I repeated the request to order my size to the Galeria Rz store. The lady did it with great grace. When I pick it up, I report that the ring is significantly different from the offer, and I am told that it is due to the light. Another time (despite the lack of customers in the store) the lady who served me showed no willingness to help. The presented ring was significantly too large. The lady didn't even offer to order. No help. It is much better to shop at W.KRUK.

    Nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak niemiłą obsługą w żadnym sklepie. Ekspedientki wolały plotkować, niż podejść pomóc. Gdy już jedna raczyła podejść i pokazać interesującą mnie rzecz, musiałam WYCIĄGAĆ z niej jakiekolwiek informacje dotyczące produktu i to odpowiadała mi zdawkowo jednym słowem, jakby stała tam za karę.. Miał to być przyjemny zakup, ale po tym jak nadąsana ekspedientka od niechcenia rzuciła mi pierścionek na stolik stwierdziłam, że moja noga więcej w tym sklepie nie postanie i udałam się do konkurencji, gdzie Pani z uśmiechem na twarzy potrafiła mnie obsłużyć.

    Terrible and unpleasant service, I mean one employee from this store who served me twice. First, when I wanted to buy a chain. I asked her if she could show me what chains they had, so she showed me where they were with her finger and left them. It's good that another of the ladies working there was interested and helped me choose. When I came for the second time, the same employee was rude and rude. I wanted to complain about a broken chain that I bought less than a month ago, and she texted me saying that what could I imagine, she treated me with great grace. Such a person should not work in a store focused on customer service. And such comments "what do you think" should not happen at all!

    Very rude service, everything was fine when my husband bought the ring. However, it turned out to be too small, and unfortunately I received it after a month when it cannot be exchanged. I called the hotline and the gentleman said there was no problem in enlarging it (an additional fee of PLN 60). However, the lady in the showroom refused to let me know because it was not purchased from their showroom (also in Apart, just another store) but from another store. A local jeweler did it for me without any problems. The products may be nice, but the service is lacking.

    If you want to buy something, everything is fine, but if you want to exchange/complain something, the seller's attitude towards the customer is not so nice. I wonder why, after so many negative opinions about the service, nothing has changed.

    Very unprofessional service at Galeria Rzeszów... The ladies are rude and unwilling to help. I had to ask them to show me the earrings in the display case several times because the saleswomen were busy gossiping. I will never come back here again, good thing there is a brilliant jeweler on the opposite side from whom I bought wonders 😊

    Fenomenalna obsługa! Wysoka pani blondynka 👌🏻Jest stworzona do tej pracy! Czułam się jakby doradzała mi przyjaciółka i jakbyśmy znały się 100 lat! Perfekcyjne wyczucie klienta! Dokonywałam zwrotu-wymiany branzoletki kupionej w innym salonie Apart gdzie potraktowano mnie „ nie miło” a tutaj pani po prostu walczyła abym wyszła zadowolona ! Serdecznie pozdrawiam i polecam z czystym sercem!

    The level of customer service at this salon is embarrassing at best. When I entered, I didn't even receive a "Good morning" response, then I walked through the entire store twice, waiting for any of the three ladies to show their willingness to help. When I finally asked about the product I was interested in, the lady kindly moved the drawer aside so I could look at it from behind the glass. Reading the opinions, you can notice that the blonde lady still works in this salon and has not changed her approach, so the answer "we will make every effort to ensure that the situation does not happen again" does not completely correspond to reality.

    I have never experienced a greater lack of culture and unprofessionalism. The ladies sitting in the middle of the salon do not hide their dissatisfaction with the customer's entry into the salon. No help, downright discouraging texts. I'm surprised that the salon management won't dismiss these women under disciplinary action. The store is losing customers. I don't recommend it to anyone.

    Okropna obsługa. Panie są ewidentnie znudzone swoją praca. Zero zainteresowania klientem. Jak się wchodzi do salonu to Panie potrafią zjechać wzrokiem od góry do dołu ( broń Boże wejść w czymś z sieciowki ), ale jak już człowiek chce coś wybrać to nagle nie widzą, że klient potrzebuje pomocy. Zbyt zajęte same sobą. Apart w Millenium Hall trzyma poziom przy tej obsłudze.
