Jak można wyliczyć człowiekowi zapotrzebowanie kaloryczne nie biorąc pod uwagę nawet trybu jego życia? Nie ma tłumaczenia, że pracownik jest nowy, czy jeszcze młody. Skoro pracuje w takim miejscu to powinien posiadać minimum wiedzy na temat. W mojej opinii jest to działanie na szkodę klienta, wręcz zagrożenie dla jego zdrowia.
