I went to my first class "with some shyness" because I'm 64 years old and I wasn't sure if I could handle it. Warm-up, short instruction, and it turned out that I could knock down guys three times my age to the mat without any effort! I never thought it would be so easy! Well, you have to know how 😉 And the warm-up itself is a great general development training, some elements require some physical fitness, but the instructor always says that this is not an army and everyone should do as much as they can, so there is no stress. That's why I strongly encourage women of all ages, including seniors, because knowing a few self-defense moves can be very useful nowadays.

I highly recommend it to anyone of any age. The atmosphere during training is great, the trainer is very good and you can learn a lot about martial arts, self-defense and more from the classes. I don't regret a single moment I spent on these training sessions. I can't wait to come back :)

Ju Jutsu is a Japanese martial art, but primarily self-defense. Classes for the youngest and slightly older children. There are also classes for adults. Children are introduced to the basics of this self-defense art without excessive discipline, so they eagerly attend classes. In my opinion, a good place to start your adventure with ju jutsu. Especially since there are also girls in the groups. Thanks to this, Córa walks more willingly than when there are only boys. The dojo - the room where classes take place is for the exclusive use of ju jutsu and aikido classes, and not in the gym of any school. Therefore, it is lined with an appropriate mat and equipped with everything needed to make training safe.
