Nice airport. Small, clean and easy to get around. Security check and passport control are both very quick and smooth. Simple options for food and drink but all that is needed. 👍

Massive improvement over the last few years. The surrounding industrial area is growing up extremely fast, from just plain fields to what is now... impressive!

Nice small airport. I have used it when was flying out to London. Not crowded and don't need so much time for security checks and passport control's. Few small shops that you can get snacks, coffee and something for small bites.

A nice small modern airport with all the basic requirements to be comfortable while on the premises. Couldn't fault for the size 👍 Recently opened up gates 3 and 4 in the departure area so there is a few more shops amd seating (Edit) Gates 3 and 4 only appear to be open during the spring and summer season

Although fairly modern, the airport is quite small with few facilities. There are some cafes and duty free shops. There is a water bottle filling station but no plugs for phone charging. Only one security check position was open so regardless of the small queue it did take a while to get through it. Very good overall but not much to do if your flight got delayed.

As far as smaller provincials airports go, this is a good one with all facilities (food, cafe, car rental etc). Not flashy but pleasant

This place is a tiny airport, very disorganized, and the process of transferring flights is slow and tedious. You need to leave the arrivals and need to get checked in AGAIN. There is no transfer department. It only has 2 gates and a tiny duty free zone. Wouldn't recommend it unless there is no other option. It's a hole in a wall.

The building and the facilities are great. But the service with the lowcosters is to be improved. We were flying with Ryanair to Zadar, our flight was delayed for 2 hours. They have changed the gates for boarding check-ins three times. There was no separate line for priority boarding. After the final check-in all passengers spent 30 minutes in one room with no air conditioning on a very hot day.

Good resting area on the second floor, often overlooked by passengers. Poor internet access, bothfrom smartphone and from the airport's WiFi. People often spontaneously share taxi toward the train station after landing.

Be ready that your luggage will be broken by the Custom, without your presence or consent. It happened to me already 3 times. LOT Airlines is very weak to deal with customer problems with luggage.

This is the craziest airport I have every flown out of. We were flying to Ireland which is another EU country and expected minimum checks - due to open borders etc.. no such luck/ There are three layers of completely over the top security. I'm not sure what they are hoping to find from regular travelers, but this is another level of paranoia. Layer one : the bag drop which usually takes about 5 mins at other airports , this was a 25 minute operation where they also check your passport (which they also check again later) and make several phone calls and do it all in a humorless, over official way. Then Layer 2 where I had to take a young baby out of a harness by woman security person and feed it through the scanner. In addition every baby bottle was tested for narcotics. Straight after us a lady had to be pulled out of here wheel chair. More drugs checks I presume. Layer 3 is passport check again. Another crazy unfriendly and over official person. We had an emergency travel document for the baby. The checker had never seen such a document and he had to ask a number of managers. The whole process took ages but eventually his boss I presume just allowed us through. I'm not sure what the purpose of having all these checks when you are leaving the country from one EU country to another. On entering the country by car, there wasn't half the checks.

Not best airport to travel from. Poor public transport connection from city centre, tried to catch a bus twice and twice unsuccessful, so ended up with Uber. On arrival it appears that security check is closed, so travellers had to wait in the airport entrance. It takes half hour waiting time for security checks to open. Apart of it, it's nice, small, cosy, clean airport.

Good afternoon, my family and I had an unpleasant incident at the Rzeszów airport, namely at the customs control, the officer who is supposed to check the passport and stamp it, imagined himself to be a military expert and allowed himself to treat me and my family with disdain, he started saying that the war there is nothing in Ukraine that my city Odessa is safe for children, and we have the audacity to fly somewhere there, at my suggestion to your officer to take his family and go to Odessa to check how safe it is, he opened his eyes and muttered something. If the attitude of your staff to people is important to the airport administration and you want to have a conversation with "your" military expert, then I can give you more information about the date, place and time and you will find this employee for the conversation without any problems, let me know.

Today is the third day since I arrived at Rzeszow airport, but I can't get over the encounter with customs at that airport. I have been traveling around the world since 2004, I have been to many countries and I have never heard customs officers shouting and threatening a woman with two children. All people try to help each other, but in my situation two young women and a man just threatened me, as if I had killed or robbed them, all in the presence of my children. My youngest son was frightened and even cried. Unfortunately I don't know the names of these people, but if they cannot communicate and help other people, maybe they need to find other, quieter jobs. To the other airport workers I have only gratitude for their quick help in finding the luggage I lost. I hope I will never have to use the services of these customs officers in my life.

26.11.22 increased by 1 star and slight changes have been made and now the airport has a small child play area which is a great distraction for children and my daughter loved it. The airport is small and reasonably organised. Advertised as family-friendly but I feel this isn't the case. One family changing room at check in but no toilet for an adult to use. Women's toilets are very dirty with urine over the seats and paper towels all over the floor. Hand drier doesn't work neither paper towels available to dry your hands.

Had an opportunity to sit and stay around for about 4hrs. Lovely waiting area. Access to coffee, kiosks and seating area. If transiting from other countries, also free wifi. A reserved section for the handicap or those needing wheelchair support. Spacious. Clearly built with the future in mind - will certainly accommodate more people.

    Convenient facilities and friendly staff.

Worst organized airport I’ve ever seen in the world. 70 minutes wait for the security check, with improvised lines going through the escalator, protocols for the security checks not respected, no free wifi, rude staff, water sold out in all the machines. I don’t have a single positive thing to say about it
