This
is
not
addressed
to
the
great
people
that
accompanied
me
along
my
journey
at
Wsiz.
I've
had
some
great
time
but
there
is
one
thing
that
i
need
to
get
off
my
shoulder.
I
never
thought
I
would
rate
a
faculty
this
bad
but
after
having
graduated
in
2017,
I
thought
things
might
get
a
little
better
over
there.
Unfortunately
as
of
today
I
know
that
not
much
has
changed.
Especially
in
regards
to
their
service
mentality.
After
having
travelled
the
world
for
almost
all
my
life,
it's
always
very
frustrating
to
come
across
a
person
or
in
this
case
a
group
of
people
that
make
no
secret
of
their
dissatisfaction
at
work.
I
have
never
ended
a
phone
call
as
frustrated
and
disappointed
as
the
one
today.
There
is
no
“Hello,
how
are
you”,
no
smile
(you
can
sense
that
on
the
other
line),
no
understanding
or
empathy.
And
it's
been
that
way
in
person
as
well.
I
really
feel
like
i'm
a
prisoner
calling
the
prison
guard
and
asking
for
a
second
meal
and
not
a
ex
student
asking
for
something
simple
as
a
transcript
of
records.
The
coldness
and
unprofessional
behaviour
is
unfortunately
something
you
come
across
almost
anywhere
on
campus.
Especially
the
service
personnel
working
for
the
international
office
has
never
heard
of
the
pillars
of
service.
I
am
nothing
but
disappointed
that
a
university
that
has
the
word
international
in
its
name,
has
such
low
requirements
on
their
employees
service
mentality.
Well,
Poland
in
general
has
a
lot
to
catch
up
with
but
guys,
if
you
don’t
want
to
receive
phone
calls
or
simple
request
via
email,
you
should
rethink
your
purpose
as
a
university
with
majors
that
are
very
much
service
oriented.
