I went to get a facial cleansing (I had already gone once and the experience had been good), this time I was really disappointed: - They plucked my eyebrows without my asking and then they charged me. - They asked me to pay with Mbway and they never asked me for my NIF and they didn't give me the invoice. I really felt bad and I will not return :( PD: I have portuguese card (and I showed my portuguese card), I speak portuguese and I live here. If I give a star it is because I am not satisfied with the whole service in general (if you want more details you can ask me by mail) you have my email/phone in the form that they asked me to fill out the day they attended me, I can also answer my NIF number by email too. Thank you very much!
