    Unbelievably irresponsible and amateur company. On both times they claim to have tried to deliver, they said that no one answered, even though I was ALWAYS at home, and they never rang (at least not to my apartment, they didn't). They ended up leaving the package to someone else that told the person who was doing the delivery they could leave the package with them, without confirming any data specific to the order or billing. Utterly irresponsible and unnerving! If you can't deliver at the DESIGNATED delivery address... then don't! That's why there are pick-up entities, which have a contract with the companies that hire them... not a neighbor or a stranger that you bump up against randomly that claims that can deliver the package to the client. Contact forms on website simply do not work (tried 3 different forms on the website), and the only one I managed to register successfully, was by using the origin location/zip code, from Spain, because it could not recognize the destiny's location. Even when I called them after checking that the package was deemed as DELIVERED, they didn't even got the person to whom they delivered it to right! Irresponsible, unprofessional and liars... In a scale from 1 to five stars, I rate negative ten!

    Worst shipping company in Portugal. Website frequently shows runtime errors, contact form does not let you contact them because it thinks your zip code is wrong. Tracking parcels does not work correctly. Even their address scanners often cannot OCR the delivery address correctly. Avoid these guys.

    If I could I would rate 0 stars. This is the worst experience ever in a carrier. Scheduled a parcel collection on the phone. The employee said it was the scheduled to the next day and would come no questions asked. I gave my address and every information needed. The next day I called them again, and got the answer that there was no door number in the parcel information so I gave the information again. The employees told me for 4 days straight, that my door number was not in the information even though I called and scheduled everything every day for 4 days. Today I tried one last time to check if my parcel collecting was done today and surprising as it was the employee blocked my cell number and I can't call them on my cell. Had to use my brother cell to contact again. Overall very rude, no one does their job. This is a delivering company that doesn't deliver anything. Do not use their so called services! This is a complete scam.

    Ridiculous service. Second time I buy multiple stuff on Amazon and each one comes with a different delivery company. While everything came on time (some on the weekend even) the one with SEUR of course is already two days late. I got no call, no e-mail, no message to let me know either if they came and couldn’t deliver because no one was home or if they didn’t came at all. Costumer service is unavailable everytime I call plus the query option on their website only allows for spanish post codes. I will for sure be more careful in the future in order not to order anything that would be delivered by them since there is always gonna be an issue. Thanks SEUR for making me buy another gift for my son for Christmas and for giving me the pleasure of spending half a day trying to contact you guys.

    Company has service in Portugal but does not have customer service there. Contacted three different persons by phone trying to make a change to my order and each was not nice and hanging up. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

    Not such a good experience. I've made an order from Amazon, and apparently they tried to deliver the package but I wasn't at home (I say "apparently" because at the time they said they tried to deliver, I was at home). Some days later, got a notification from Amazon saying the package has been delivered - which was not true - at least it was not delivered to me. Contacted Amazon and the seller, that told me the package was in SEUR wharehouse... contacted wharehouse and it seems the package was there. What a soap opera! Well I manage to get the package but I had to do some digging to discover where it was. Not that great! Just an addition - part of the fault for this was also from the seller that did not filled correctly my contact information!!!

    Delivers packages without informing online who received it and on which address, 10mins on the call to find out where is the parcel costs 6 euro. Opened investigation where is my parcel no one came back to be to clarify. Horrible service. The should go for some workshops to DHL to know how to run the logistics company.

    if i could rate this place 0/5 i definitely would!!! they never pick up for customer service! they went to the wrong house and didn't even call to inform me that they went to the wrong address which is their fault because i gave my full address to the shipper.. and now my package is nowhere to be found and no one is giving me any answer!

    Item never delivered. Tracking on their website didn't even work. 'Address query' is a typical issue, presumably another way of saying 'We couldn't be bothered to deliver your parcel.

    Although they missed the delivery (the driver apparently made a mistake with the packages), I contacted them directly (went to their warehouse in Lisbon) and everything was cleared up and the staff there was really helpful. Up to now they had never missed a delivery and I used them frequently (through Amazon). The 4-stars are due to the helpfulness of the staff at the warehouse and the fact that up to now they had never missed a delivery for me.

    I’m still waiting for a delivery. I called 2 times already to schedule the same delivery and in 2 weeks, no parcel was delivered. From my experience this is the only company that makes it really hard either to communicate or to follow their schedule.

    Bad service overall: decided to declare my address incomplete to the supplier on a Friday before trying to call me to clarify my address; sent me no message with a phone number to call them back or an address to pick the package; the package tracking site does NOT give me a calling number or pick up address and drives me to a "solution proposal" page which does NOT work for portuguese addresses. Really bad! Then, on Monday, a SEUR driver call me and made everything work really smoothly. But all that did happen before did not have to happen, and the sites do NOT work well, specially for Portugal.

    The parcel was not delivered and the status was assigned: not delivered due to external factors. Probably there was a tsunami and their office were carried away into the ocean.

    I cannot begin to express my frustration and annoyance at how badly this company is run. After 'attempting' to deliver my parcel twice. (I was at home and they didn't ring the bell or call me) they then asked me to provide a solution online. But the website glitched constantly making it unable to submit my details. Then on the contact us page under website issues it was literally impossible to submit a form/response. I still don't have my parcel.....

    Inacurate information and multiple delays, but they were in time for the amazon refund. (Portugal) Cannot really plan when they come, they were supposed to come in four business days but it actually took them 3 weeks

    A massive distribution run by DPD.. open till 7pm.. here you can pickup your parcels and drop them off to be delivered worldwide.

    Extremely bad experience. Workers are rude and cannot fulfil any need. I submitted 2 claims, no one responded. I called many times for them to send the receipt to my email, the same lady kept saying that she’s not responsible but no one else was on the hotline. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Do not use this service.

    DANGEROUS IF YOUR ORDER FOOD Twice now I have ordered food - that has a label keep in cold and should be delivered in a refrigerated van. Twice now it has been delivered in a normal van. With between 20-30 degrees outside, it is UNSAFE to eat ready meals that should have been kept cold. I have contacted the SEUR helpdesk - their reply. It's not our problem.

    Had problems with couple deliveries to Portugal from Amazon Spain, where i wasn't home when they tried to deliver, but..: 1. they didn't pre-warned me via sms or email that delivery was going to happen. 2. their website customer support form only accepts addresses in Spain. 3. their voice call customer support is only in Spanish which i dont understand. From now on will request to vendor in amazon Spain not to use SEUR but instead to use Portuguese national mail service CTT, and if vendor only uses SEUR i will not buy from them. Tired of this bad service.

    Seur do not answer phones emails or their computer generated Lola. They also say my postcode is not correct. I live here, I know it's correct. If there was a "0" I would have put that

    Our home is difficult to find as we don’t have a street address so as parcel was going to be small, gave Apartado when placing order. SEUR driver telephoned for help to find the house and once he arrived he was very friendly & polite. After reading other comments, we were worried that delivery wouldn’t be done.
