Basically I live at Hanstavägen in Kista . As my regular experience from here I could say , I have met lots of nice staff like Selam(cute African girl),TALA,Yohness(special young guy with nice smiles) ,Rahma ,Salma☺️and many more . There are many Espresso House across the Stockholm city that I visit so often aside from all places Kista Espresso House is the best one out of all others ,also I am an active subscriber since last year! If you ask me who is your best coffee makers , I would always say they are Tunisian tall girl , Persian girl, TALA, Rahma! If you want your salted caramel should be made in perfect way that you are expecting to get taste then come visit here let’s not forget their Faprino lists which where it might stand on your cold drinks to have a look what can make your days more exotic ,for me it’s Salted Caramel latte I love most than any other drinks or coffee ! Peoples are very social here in kista than other parts of Stockholm where you might find your Kompise to speak with ! I would highly recommend this place as you to get your ‘ fika’ , in addition to they are very nice , organize and comfortable place to seat and talk . Last but not least keep your patience it’s you who has going to have next turn to get your best coffee ever ☺️☺️ Don’t forget to smile back on them Skål and Tack så mycket

Ordered coffee with the app. The staff served it take away paper cup. I asked for a regular dining cup. She showed extremely bad attitude over that and saying rudely that you ordered take away. I told her there is no option in the app to chose take away or dine in. She gave the mug after a very long debate. Seriously, how hard it is???

They had very very loud music when I was there... the staff was careless about it and that was really annoying for everyone. Coffee was good though

❗️Worst service!!! I am a tourist from the US, and I visit Espresso at the Kista location. The server is very disrespectful to us, and she is very rude. Her name is Yegane.

Decent taste but Nothing extraordinary.

Very beautiful place superb atmosphere, but a big but - poorly run, very dirty carpets, dusty surfaces... Very disappointing that a place well built and designed... To have been run very poorly hygiene wise... If this palce was run this way in another very competitive cities would have been getting very poor rating... Very simple chages made alot bettet outcome... 🤨

I like their Salted Caramel Latte. However, yesterday, Kista Galleria branch, I found flies over some of the desserts! Which ended up not to choose any dessert.

The Plus: Polite and helpful staff! Thank you ladies! Standard quality on coffee and snacks. Dogs are allowed, which for me is a must! Not many places allow dogs inside shopping centers so I do appreciate the coffee break midday. If my dog is not welcome, then I will take my business elsewhere. The minus: the view is... Lidl.... You'll say: "Come on, what did you expect? You're in the ghetto, in a shopping centre" And I'll say: "Sure. It could have been the view to the public toilets. But I would not complain about it in that case. People need the toilets. Nobody needs Lidl"

I basically live here because I spent most of my time studying in this cafe. However, there is this one Indian girl wearing glasses who always give you a take away cup even though you request a sit here normal cup. This happens twice to me and someone I know noticed the same about her. I don’t get it ?

Relaxed decor with a coffee shop menu that met the diverse needs of my group of 8 people. A nice quiet place to sit and take a break while shopping.
