Worst hospital. I was suggested to admit in Wellmark due to abdominal pain. But I fortunately i landed to wrong place. In 02 days my health remain same. Same abdominal pain & no relief. On drotin and tarmodal were injected thrice a day. They are making money only. I personally advise not to go here. Staff are ill behaviour and even doctor are not visiting frequently. Highly disappointed with the approach and service provided at Well mark hospital.

Worst hospital ! All nurses are just trainees and recommends incorrect advices with no alignment from doctor. Worst Management. If you get admitted, Would make charges in a way that you can never think of. Just a money Making Hospital and you will end up loosing money on unnecessary / non-required parameters designed by Hospital. Hospital is running mainly on just couple of highly experienced doctor. Other than the doctors and the cleaniless that is maintained, there is nothing good that can be said about the hospital !

This is a good hospital. Location is very nice. It is located near bus-stand & on the way of railway station. Chas is also nearby about 2 Km away. Service is fast. Managements are also very nice. Area & hospital is neat & clean but road is not very good. Staffs are good & responsive . RT PCR lab is available.

Doctor panel is good but the staff is very incompetent and uneducated. The mission of hospital is to provide ethical and cost effective healthcare but no ethics is followed in this hospital and it’s not cost effective from any angle. The patients who are known to are preferred first and rest patients have to wait for at least an hour or two and when you question the staff they say if you can wait then wait or else you can leave. Worst hospital management ever. Waiting for Max hospital to open then this will shut down for sure. They will bring world class healthcare to Bokaro. They are good jokers.. 👍🏻👍🏻

Generally I hate hospitals. But I had really good experience with one of the renowned and best Doctor Biswarup Guha, who treated me. He was humble and guided me towards my recovery with right medication and knowledge. The hospital is neat and clean and staff is also supportive. I would recommend Wellmark to anyone who is looking for quality medical assistance.

Initially it was a very good hospital. Everything was good. Now it's the worst hospital in the city. Their motto is to make money only. Recently I admitted my mother to the hospital due to some weakness and vomiting related issues. They shifted my mother to ICU and when I asked on the 3rd day, they said the condition is very bad and they will keep her in ICU for another 3-4 days. I asked them to discharge my mother then they tried to threaten that the condition is not good, you will be responsible if anything happens. I just asked to release and then I took my mother back home. She is absolutely fine now.

Excellent facilities available for treatment. A very good team of doctors ready to be by our side anytime. Make us feel comfortable when we are struggling with our ailing family members. Most important is that we are well taken care of in Bokaro itself. Thanks for such a wonderful experience of feeling good after treatment of my mother twice and her speedy recovery.I am indeed grateful to the opportunity available

Emergency ward doctors's. : 0 star, they won't change a single prescribed medicine of Dr Satish if he is on leave. Doesn't matter if admitted person dies. Nurses : All are trainee with 0 experience. Few have experience however they are old so doesn't want to move from their seat. Doctor's: sab bgh wale VR fill kr k aa rhe h coz money matters Reception staff : unko pata hi ni hoga k yahan chal kya rha h. Cleaning Staff : 5/5 inki salary double ki jae.

I am satisfied with treatment and care is taken in wellMark from the point I got in this hospital . No delay at any point and required tests are done without delay . Most important factor is to mention that the treatment charges in all treatments are charged about 40% less the charges in comparison of other hospital in Kolkata , Ranchi and Durgapur for the similar treatment provided here with good and competent Doctors in their respective fields . Another important thing to mention that in most of cases the patients are released on 3rd day with a advice to take oral medicine for for remaining dosage at home although Pvt hospitals generally work on the occupancy principle to earn money only. It is not only my observation when I was admitted in this hospital but many retirees who are closely associated with me Hope this hospital will serve more in future when its resources will increase day by day . The facility in the hospital is very good the doctors are really cooperative and exceptionally skilful especially Dr. Satish kumar. And the nurses ward boy were also doing his job excellently .. so we can trust this hospital for any issues it’s really good

Admitted my father under Dr. Sujeet pandeya. Staff and nurses were quite helpful. Overall experience was quite satisfying.

The hospital staff is polite and proper care is provided to patients. Facility is well equipped with all the amenities. In house pharmacy can be improved in terms of restocking medical supplies in a timely manner.

Worst hospital! My dad was admitted to this hospital and I observed that the nurses here are too careless. In every steps they are failed to attend the patients. Moreover they use to put wrong entry in their file as for us while testing blood sugar, the blood sugar level was 245 in fasting but they had mentioned 99 in the file which doctor use to see... we have complaint the multiple scenarios to the doctors who comes for round but they use to ignore. Likewise there were too many things we had observed. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst hospital...I lost my father Mr. Lakshman Jha...they put the Stent and soon the infection started...they just pass the time there is no dedicated doctor for a patient they just panic the patients family member to get the treatment done just for the sake of money. There is no senior doctor to attend the patient..there is a junior doctor Rahul who has just started his career. He attends the patient and Dr. Satish so called senior doctor is just passing time. When the case gets decorated they say the patient has some unavoidable problem and at the last moment they refer the case to some other hospital

Doctors are good but overall handling the people, those who come from far... Handling by reception, handling other things is not at all friendly. It is very difficult bro communicate....I was waiting with my mother it took 3 HR to see the doctor

In 2022 when I went first, I felt services are decent enough but lastly when I went few days back I found it to be pathetic. Cardiologist doctors were not available, I mean not even a backup doctor if the other one is on leave or unavailable. While getting initial check up I didn't have much confidence on the doctor too. I think if they should work on improving their doctor's availability and polish their services ( not to mention excessive charges).

The hospital and its services are good. Doctors, nurses, and all staff are very cooperative. Recently, I completed master health checkup, and it was smoothly done with a slight delay, which is understandable and manageable. I'd like to extend my special thanks to Nargis ma'am and Jyotsna ma'am for guiding (helping) me during the health check process. Their time and support was much appreciated. 👏 One request to the hospital management is to kindly take extra care about medical reports because these are highly important for the patients. The behaviour of nurses and staff is cordial.however the behaviour of Person in TPA Desk is extremely disgusting with a completely lack of knowledge. The managing director is not available in his cabin at any time. The charges of r pioom are completely unjustified. Would never recommend this hospital since it is meant for completely looting the hard earned money of general public.Also the TPA person Praveen must be given some soft skill training.overall worse experience..

One of the fantastic hospital. Ortho is very best here. My mother's total knee replacement surgery has been very well managed and we'll taken care off. All the doctors, support staff are very cordial and supportive. Their perseverance is top notch and answer all the queries untill individual is satisfied. I would not hesitate to reccomend Wellmark hospital, Bokaro for its best in class doctors and managing staff.
