Most horrible place you can be in this world. The doctors are themselves not punctual. We took appointment for 4pm and doctor came at 6pm. For entire 1 hr the receptionist kept lying to us that doctor is on the way. This is not only unethical but certainly inhuman to the patient who's suffering and wants immediate attention. Request everyone, who are reading this avoid coming to this clinic. They lack basic morality.

The wors ENT hospital in Siliguri... All review looks fake and the service doctor and staffs looks unprofessional.. once you are at ground floor they ask you money first.. very unprofessional.. there was no zero star so have to give one.

I am suffering from my deviated septum treatment which basically needs a minor septoplasty according to doctors at CMC Vellore as well as AMRI hospital Kolkata. But when I visited dr.bista at anandam he suggested me to do tests at atrium diagnostic centre for which they were asking for 5 k but I did the same tests from another diagnostic centre for 2550/- for almost half the amount. When I took the reports to him he didn't know how to see the CT scan reports or explain anything to me about the scan but suggested me to do a very expensive rhinoplasty surgery which is absolutely unnecessary according to others doctors....he not only lacked knowledge and confidence but was leading me to the wrong treatment that is not necessary just to make quick money for himself...

Worst experience ever. We had an appointment at 11.30 AM but the doctor arrived after 2 hour. Alike you guys we also have many important works to do. Please be punctual with timing Staff are very unprofessional were chappal in hospital. And seems all ratings if this hospital are fake...

Best place for ENT treatment in Siliguri. Doctors and nurses are very professional. The place is very well kept and everything looks squeaky clean.

DONT DONT DONT VISIT PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE . Read the review before planning on going here for treatment. If and only there was an option to give zero stars. Whoever is planning on visiting please I beg you don’t. This is coming from a patient that has already made the mistake. I encourage you to go to a government hospital or any other clinic. The doctors come and go like asif it is some kind of boys hostel and the charges are at the maximum with no customer servicing. They will receive your appointments via call and make you hurry but in the end you’ll have to keep waiting for more then 2hrs at minimum even if there are no others patients in queue. So please people going through this review please stay away and if possible give it a 1 star review as they have somehow managed to keep a 4 above review by spamming

Dr. Anurava Ghosh (ENT) attended me and advised us to do USG and blood test. We got the tests done and have the report with us but now the doctor is not available to check the report or look into the matter. Since the doctor has "no time" for the patient we wer asked to WhatsApp the report which we did but haven't heard from them yet.

Front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctors were great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend everyone.

Bad experience its been 3 hour and we are still waiting. Dr bahsu is on the way since yesterday, all the reviews are from the staff it self. If you all have an appointment please do not rush, visit doctor after 2 hours of appointment time.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Anandam Hospital and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctors were great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend everyone.
