Extremely poor management. Too crowded and expensive. Pathetic system. It will take you 15 min to get into the lift to visit your relative. Only one person would be allowed at a time. Seems like there are more security staff than the doctor. No phone is allowed so that you dnt take video of mismanagement and crowd. The waiting hall is overcrowded with no seats. They will switch off the AC of waiting hall so that you go out. If you notice the reviews properly, most of the 5 star reviews seem to be through their contact or through their staff members.

I am writing the review for "Death hospital".Yes, you heard it right. My aunt was all good, talking to other family members,had her breakfast. She was admitted because she vomitted blood. Unprofessional doctor and his inexperienced team took her for endoscopy. She went walking in all good position. Doctor didn't allow anyone to be with her for the test. Suddenly, after the test doctor said she's on ventilator. Can you imagine, a person going all healthy for testing and never returning. We trusted doctors with everything and they destroyed our lives. My siblings are left with no parents. SHE DIED AT THAT MOMENT ONLY WHEN THE TEST BY HIGHLY MISTAKEN PROFESSIONALS WAS DONE. THEY COVERED THEIR MISTAKE BY PUTTING HER ON VENTILATOR. Adding more surprise, doctor said she has two percent chance to survive and we need more blood. They wanted to give blood to a dead person. Summing up the entire episode, please don't even have second thoughts to get your loved ones admitted here. You will lose them and the regret will haunt you forever.

Worst hospital ever seen. Each and every facility provided with inhumanity. 90% of critical patients come back with dead body. Staffs at emergency department are very careless. MRI staffs are rude and non-cooperative. My parent was fit and normal. They killed my father-in-law at the time of carrying out brain MRI. Govt should have strict health protocol to regular verify this nonsense hospital. Don't go to this hospital, ther are here to kill you to earn mone money. That's it.

Despite the lack of space and other amenities, Health world tries to offer professional, adequate care facilities to its patients. I am happy with its services. The staff is polite and well trained in soft skills and of course medical skills. The hospital has been responsive towards our issues. However, the procedure to release patients with mediclaim must be eased out. So many people wait there without being able to sit or have food and water. The premises of the hospital are clean. The surrounding area full if shacks and shanties could definitely be improved and a proper cafeteria could be wet up. As of now, the hospital is doing its job well.

I have admitted my father two weeks back under Dr. Upendra Kr. Shah for a emergency check-up initially with immediate ICU for 2 days and again 4 days in General Bed and confirmed that patient is going to release after 6 days. Then just after 5 days tremendous infection starts from the lack of care of both Doctor and its attendant and many tests they did but initially never shared with Patient's family. Another critical Infection started and it has been confirmed by Doctor that if necessary again Patient can be shifted to ICU and again several test conducted even many test was repetitive without having any Firm conclusion with clear symptoms found out even after 16 days also Slot -1 for 6 days and Slot-2 for 10 days and everything they did just trial and error basis just like a fun i.e. Experiment on trial run basis normally done by in-experienced house -staff used to do without having seriousness and min care. No contact no shared with Patient's family. Even after 2 weeks of release also patient are again not feeling well. Top Management -Hospital Owner-- pl look into this matter on urgent basis and confirm me why this kind of worst caring with patient (From Emergency admission to ICU and Gen Bed declared release within next 4 days and even after 5 days worst infection started in new form and many organs effected due to that during in Hospital /Gen Bed ?? I want immediate attention from Top Management to cross-check and revert back without further delay with total expenses and its detail report and in case of repeat test why Infection due to lack of care from Doctor and his team to take care and for that another 10 days Extra pain to patient and its family members without fail. Worst experience ever! My father was admitted in the hospital for almost 12 to 15 days and we didn't felt that they gave their best . The behavior of staff and nurses were not at all professional, they didn't care about the patient. After 15 days also reports were not so good and we were not satisfied so we asked for discharge so that we can take him somewhere else for better treatment. According to the doctor patient was not in a condition to get discharged , so they asked us to sign a form which says you are taking the patient at your own risk. We agreed and signed it but what they did after that is not at all acceptable. It's very important to give a proper prescription to be specific printed prescription with all details but what they did , they gave us a handwritten paper with just names of medicine without mentioning other details (power, number of times medicines to be consumed in a day). All I can say in one line is that they are money minded.

Very Good Hospital, very Good Facilities, very Good Emergency Service and very good at emergency care. Worst experience. I lost my mother due to their carelessness and the negligence. They have treated wrong. The condition of the lungs was far more better than the condition of the lungs after admitting in the hospital. She was admitted in the ICU. Dr. Brojen Choudhary worst doctor ever seen. One day my grandfather started doing vomiting and came fever we took health world hospital they told he have tumour in brain we have to do operation... after they charge around 10 lakh money for doing operation....next day they done operations... they kept 6 to7 days in hospital after that we took home my grandfather.... then after 7 days my grandfather started again same problem they we took him chennai Apollo hospital they checked up and told some interal problem is there and we told about past that health world durgapur hospital they have done operation bcz they told he has a brain tumor after check up they and tested then they told total wrong treatment done in health world hospital thete was no brain tumor they told its some ineternal problem there and given medicine total test and treatment they charged 50k and told it will be oke now. And we satisfied then. But unfortunately after few days my grandfather passed due to wrong treatment in health world hospital.. Fucckoff this type of hospital.. Totally my house member 4 people died for wrong treatment in this hospital... and we praying daily this hospital will be decomposed one day because they done wrong treatment and killed my house 4 member..

My experience during covid was unforgettable.... The doctors way of handling the patients is excellent and so soothing that patient feels very comfortable and confident about his recovery. The management is quite impressive. I strongly recommend this hospital to my friends and relatives.

One of the worst managing policies does this hospital have.. Need to arrive atleast 30mins prior just because they have this callous token system. Booking an appointment would take days but the attendants would never pick up calls. Doesn't have enough staff to manage crowd. To specifically mention, there's a staff named Mrs. Lina Choudhury, who would always send patients to someone else for weight and BP checking. So disappointed to see such inefficient staffs working in a hospital!

The staffs are ridiculously irresponsible. Nobody is there to carry the wheelchairs. The hospital is understaffed. Very very bad behaviour from staffs. the doctors can't diagnose properly and will tell we don't know why this happened. When you have to pay the bills, they will be extremely sweet mouthed otherwise too much malbehaviour and mistreatment.

Don't go here My mother had Pancreatitis, due to increasing infection, the other organs were also getting damaged. Even after staying for 12 days, the doctors could not make any kind of improvement. Most corrupted hospital. Dont visit Dialysis dept. Technical staffs behavior is worst . They are not even experts of Dialysis process . Currently my child is admitted in PICU and hospital's security staffs are too rude with me and even they did not entered me in the night time for drinking water, this is a kind request from management to arrange a training session for your security staff, that how they behave with the guardian of the patients.

Most worst hospital to get an appointment. Appointment booking time for any department is 4pm to 7 pm but most of the times, either lines are busy or staffs do not pick up the phone. When contacted general board line, they never extend any help. The staffs over phone also behave rudely. Management should take care for easy communication which is deserved from any corporate hospital

Emergency services of the hospital is the worst. One patient with respiratory problems was taken to the hospital on 9.9.2022 afternoon after one and half journey from Santiniketan but able to enter the ward after another three hours of waiting in distress condition and on his own risk. Even they do not bother to give emergency first aid treatment.To complete the formality to admit the patient took another valuable two hours. The person managing all these is very rude and unfit to communicate to the public. Think, this is the emergency service of hospital. It can not be recommended to bring here emergency patients.

Very very bad hospital and staff.I have very horrible experience with this hospital.My 3 years old daughter had fever for the last five days and fever 99degree.I visit the child related doctor Chandrasekhar Dey at 10 am.First he ask me to xray of chest and PNS.I did that and after 50 minutes I got my xray plates.I shown the doctor.Doctor advices to admit.I agree to admit.But the real game starts here.Doctor lady attendent ask me how I admit my daughter either cast of any mediclaim policy.When I ask her that I admit my daughter vis Swastha sathi(west BENGAL govt medical scheme) they denied that all 8 beds are occupied and no bed is vacant at 5.30 pm.I asked doctor that if your hospital had no bed vacant you should inform this in the time of visit.Doctor argued with me that availability of bed is not his concern.So I immediately go to IQ CITY HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL COLLEGE DURGAPUR. They immediately admit my daughter in pediatric ward and discharge within 3 days with recovery.So one thing I want to say in my experience that dont go healthworld hospital because this hospital cheated people and make fraud with patient party.

Emergency admission was very smooth and staffs were polite during my critical time. Dr started the treatment immediately to my baby and after admission formalities he has been shifted to required ward. Treatment went well and we are thankful to all the staffs.

Staffs are very polite and amazing Doctors as well. But if doctors prescribe some test then it becomes a night mare. Specifically Radiology department is always crowded. It would be great if they double the resources in Radiology department.

The worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. My mother had a brain hemorrhage, and we took her to the hospital in the emergency section. The guard stopped her entry and told us to talk in the reception section(they say it's the rule, so called perhaps). But there were already 3 people waiting before me, idk if they were for emergency or not. I requested that it's an emergency case, but no one cared about that. After waiting about 25 minutes, we entered and told about my mother's situation. They then entered inside and talked to the doctor for 15 minutes and made us wait. After coming back, they said there is no bed available, they will not admit her. They are there just for business, they actually don't care about anyone's life. Such a pity to see this kind of inhuman behaviour from human being. If they didn't wasted our time, my mother would have taken less time to recover and the cost would have been less.

This Hospital is Good for treatment if u get referred from other Hospital. Points noted for outside town patient :- 1. If u referred from other hospital or emergency then you should go to EMERGENCY WARD for further process like submitting refer paper and document work. 2. If they admit the patient then they will give u all clothes of patient . 3. If patient admit in ICU or Isolation u are not allow to talk with patient but contact with Doctor and coordinator, except Sunday. 4. Always confirm the exact timing of meeting with Doctor because of busy routine may be it cancelled sometime. (If u are not able to understand anything then approach HELP DESK) ROOMS AND LAUDGE :- 1. If patient family need rooms for staying they can asked the Tea shop opposite to the hospital . This shopkeeper keep the no. Of laudge and rooms. FOOD AND HOTEL :- 1. For cheap and best I recommend MAA DURGA Hotel near the bridge of highway , you don't need to cross the bridge just go straight from right side of highway . (u Will able to see the board of hotel or dabba) 2. If u cross the bridge and take right u will get one more hotel for food. 3. For breakfast u can eat food in shop just opposite the hospital. The worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. I request everyone not to put their loved one's life in danger by admitting in this hospital. Doctors are complete mannerless and unprofessional. They are incompetent as they only ask unnecessary lab test and scanning, and if you ask any question they will start abusing you. Beware of pediatricians in this hospital specially Krishnendu Khan. Krishnendu Khan don't have basic speaking skills and knows only how to pressurise patients and attentendants. He makes derogatory remarks and threats patients. You can corelate the movie "Gabbar is Back" with this hospital.

I request all of you please do not admitted any patient in this Hospital. Because I admitted a patient with normal condition of neumonia and after 15 days my patient is death. The reason of death only untrained staff and their neglegency.After admission they forcefully get him oxygen support with high volume. As a result my patient feeling very uncomfortable and her lungs shape is changed and she get ARDS. Another reason is the doctor experience of ICU is very poor. They give oxigen support by ventilator very high quantity. For this reason lungs shape is changed and patient get ARDS. Second reason is the Doctor do not clearly disclose the matter that Thay can not handle this case. 3rd reason is when ventilated patient get back his normal sence they will delay to side ventilator support from patient as a result pataint get paralysis . 4the reason when my patient in ventilator support one day I seen ventilator not work properly and present ICU incharge ignore this but unfortunately this place come a trainee nurse and when she told that then technician will come and adjust the ventilator , that means this place made only business purpose not treatment. so I request all of you that if you have much money but you must trust Any GOVT. Hospital for better treatment beside this Hospital .This hospital is only make for business purpose not treatment.

Purely business oriented attitude. The doctors appointed there will not look into reports pre-operation if done from outside hospital. They even deny to give endorsement of reports if done outside. If u have insurance they will pressurize u to do the reports in hospital only.

Worst hospital in Durgapur. The patients are literally deprived of treatment and the management is making money. Shame on the hospital.

Health World Hospitals, Durgapur, West Bengal (India) is a 300 bedded tertiary care hospital inaugurated on 25th August 2017 and is situated in the heart of the city with close proximity to the NH2 (Kolkata-Durgapur Expressway). It has 24 hours lab facility, CT Scan and MRI Scan are available. Facilities available here are - Accident & Emergency, Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Dental, Dermatology, ENT and many more. The front or entrance is too congested. Reception Area should have been more spacious along with increase in head count of staff in Reception. Facilities are well equipped but the Reception Staff miss the courtesy to inform full procedure to patients which in turn increases the repeat queue and questions from patients. Ward boys are really helpful. Washrooms and Pantry are well maintained. Doctors Pannel also has good options. Overall it's an affordable hospital for General and Critical Care.

Really a good and professional hospital.. On 6th December 2020, my father got Heart Attack along with Covid positive.. Only Hospital in Durgapur who took admission.. My father Got Operation under Cardiac Team which include Sr. Doctor Ashok Paridha Father is absolutely fine now.. Really A Good Hospital with Responsibilities and Care.. Thanks

It was a very bad experience. Extra unnecessarily kept admit for 3 days. I was absolutely fine and they were not giving any kind of medicine, yet they were not discharging me. Only and only the bills are busy increasing. Doctor is absolutely fine but management is very poor. They only want your money.😡😡😡 When I talked about forced discharge, Then he said that we will not give you the details of the medicine which we gave you. They don't want to discharge the patient

Good services have been provided by all the staff of Hospital. I am satisfied with the service and behaviour of staff, doctors, nurses and official persons. They are working in disciplined manner. It is a proud of paschim Bardhaman. I am sure to say that 95 to 99 percent patients are cured here. Thanks to Healthworld Hospital. I feel that an energy of divine bless of life is moving here.

One of the worst hospital in durgapur.. I won't recommend anyone to visit this hospital.. Got mamy bad news from this hospital and also whoever of my relatives or known people came in hospital for treatment never went back alive!!!

My mother had been admitted here. Horrible and inexperienced Nursing staff who made fun of her injury instead of helping her out. Couldn't even attach the saline tube without the blood backflowing out TWICE. Way too overcrowded and poor services. Doctors were the only reason I'm still bothering to give it atleast ONE star.
