Nice ambience, rooms were clean and spacious, adequate sunlight throughout the day since it's surrounded by cultivating lands. Sonajhuri Haat is just a minute's walk from the resort. Staffs were very polite and friendly. Food in the resort's restaurant is a bit on the costlier side since it's new but the food quality is appreciable. Overall, a nice and very affordable (than the few nearby resorts) place to stay near Sonajhuri Haat.

A medium size newly built resort with restaurant facilities. Room and bathroom were spacious as well as neat & clean. Location is very good, just 1 minute walking distance from Khoai er Sanibarer Hat, a very popular tourist attraction of Santiniketan, Bolpur, India. Loved this place for it's location & good ambience with reasonable price tag. Food of the restaurant was also homely & delicious. Quality & quantity of the dishes were ok but with little bit expensive. Overall satisfied.

Nice staying option near Sonajhuri haat. Room was quite big and very clean, we were delighted to find a nice balcony with a view of the crop field. The bathroom was big and clean. Room has a tv and a small wardrobe. Beds were uncomfortable as mattresses were very hard, the linens though were clean but had few wears and tears.They provided good service and very prompt if you require something. The check in was very fast and they provided a room even before time. We all were happy to stay and might wanna stay again if we visited again. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We ate chinese food at night. The mixed fried rice and chilli chicken were laced with too much garlic which tasted bad, however the mixed fried rice was really good. Poori-sabji during breakfast was really tasty. Overall we liked our stay at the hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the location. The most attractive and most popular tourist spot of santiniketan is less than 5 minutes walk. Yes, Khoai or Sonajhuri haat is just 5 minutes walk form here. Yet the place is serene and charming. The rooms are quite big in size and bathrooms are also not tiny. They have a restaurant along with it. They start serving dinner around 9pm. But you've to place the order at 8 pm. Don't worry, someone will come to your room to take the order. They've big enough car parking area. So if you're traveling in your car, no need to worry. What else do you need?

Amazing place to stay in shanti niketan The place is near sonajhuri haat( about 2 min walk) Clean and cozy rooms. Washroom has everything you would require 24×7 electricity Rural , peaceful area Fast and dependable room service Kind and caring staff But it might be because we went during off season ( july) They have will refer you to a trustable toto service And toto drivers will also act as a tour guide Best part is the food . The place offers bengali, north indian, chinese and mughlai cuisine.( Everything is up to mark) Food feels like home cooked meal . Only con is that the place is far away from any market or any tourist attraction ( except sonajhuri haar) , so everyone you need to go , you would have to hire a toto which will charge at least ₹100

A Resort which is much underrated I presume. Located 1 min walk away from Sonajhuri hut, again away from chaos, yet so close. Full points for cleanliness, maintability, courteous hospitality and customer friendly. In terms of view, nice place to stay..rooms with balconies you can prefer while booking.without balconies rooms will be a bit spacious..room service is good.. Coming to food,you can enjoy your home dishes here..clean,quality,tasty dishes are being served here..food was awesome to me..every items we tried over 2 days be it brkfast, lunch or dinner, we were nvr disappointed..we enjoyed our meals to the fullest before setting out.. full points to its restaurant.. Ram Shyam is located in the Sonajhuru hut..again 2 min walk from this resort. I would prefer this one as it is a bit away from the chaos,yet a min away if you desire..again I tried one day lunch at RamShyam, they are hyped and food was okay there too..but when i compared, some things were better in Krishna Utsab..that day mutton was far better here than what was served in Ram Shyam..may be a plate off..but my point is it us up there,just needs eyes to reach there.. I wud definitely rate it awesome resort near Sonajhuri Hut. Cons: the thing they need to fix is the road of aroung 50m from main road to hotel..that is quite inclined,totos avoid to climb up or down..also its dangerous to topple..and mostly, it is heavily dusty road to take..this needs to be fixed soon enough.. people can avoid that road and walk to main roads or toto stand through the Hut road bypassing Ramshyam restaurant..that will be easier and cleaner access as of now.

Visited with friends on 5th and 6th August. The location of the hotel was perfect. For anyone who wants to stay near Sonajhuri haat on a Saturday for the shopping and ambience, this hotel will be perfect for you. Just a minute and a half to reach the haat, so you can stay as long as the haat is open. The staff was extremely well behaved and kind. The food was prepared with care. And worth mentioning is the tea. We had requested tea with ginger each time and we had the perfect tea. For a person life me, who is a tea addict, they really lived up to my expectations. They also helped us with the communication and transport which was also very cheap. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I stayed at this place along with my family on these weekend . Hotel is situated at very good place its very quite and 1 min walking distance from sonajhuri haat. Food was very good and most importantly staff behaviour was very good.

Primely located nice and spacious resort which is again clean n hygienic unlike many others. It is also comes with local transport and sightseeing facilities at a very low cost . If staying at Bolpur, that too near Sonajhuri Haat this is the place to be .. also this lies close from Prantik Railway station.

The resort is one of the best in sonajhuri location. Our stay was fantastic. Neat and clean room, homely food in restaurant, awesome service by the staff made our stay memorable. Sonajhuri hut is 1 minute walk from the location. I would recommend this to anyone who want to stay at calm place but want to feel the surrounding vibes of the famous Sonajhuri hut.

A good impression was toned down by the food served at dinner. The egg bhurji was salty, the tadka was dry and not to taste. Even the chicken 65 was moderate.

Krishna Utsab Resort is a good hotel to stay in Santiniketan. Location is very good and near to Sonajhuri haat. Staff behaviour is polite and friendly, rooms are spacious, well cleaned..Food is delicious. And lastly to say ...... it might be your right choice to stay in Santiniketan.

Overall a good hotel. My only complaint was they did not repair their aquaguard for a long time and charged extra for bottled water. The rooms are good. Double bedrooms can easily fit 4 people (3+1). The bathrooms are quite spacious with toilet paper. Very good room service as well. Finally, the location is just beside the sonajhuri mela.

We have spend our weekend in this resort. Experience was great.. all the staff was very helpful. They have organised an auto to do the site scene, the auto driver “Sukanta” is a very nice and helpful person. Food at their restaurant was great too.

The hotel has excellent clean rooms and clean well maintained toilets. The ACs worked fine , though we had to change room no 108 in which the AC was not delivering. The staff behaviour was good. The parking area was big. The restaurant food was average so one can prefer to eat outside in Santiniketan where there are other better Bengali food restaurants available. Greatest plus point is 1 min walking distance from Sonajhuri haat.

Worth Staying in this hotel. It is very nearby to the market, within walking distance, from the main road tempos are available. The room is very spacious. Food quality and quantity are good. They even cooked us food from their own garden

Our stay at Krishna Utsab Resort was pretty good. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful balcony. They are also very clean and tidy. The food was quiet tasty and of good quality. The room service was satisfactory. The behaviour of the staff was also pleasant. The location of the resort is great as it is only one minute walking distance from sonajhuri haat. A good place to spend your weekend with your family.

Rooms are large but full of mosquitoes even good night didn't worked. Service and behaviour of the staffs are very bad and rude. We stayed there for a night . Experience is very bad and unpleasant. We checked with the manager and the restaurant guy he said breakfast is complementary and the menu is bread,egg, poori ,aloo and Banana. However in morning only poori was served when asked they served omlet. But to our surprise they charged us each extra poori's we took and for the omlet's as well.as it is not managed properly food is served late. We have booked for a day trip which is arranged by the manager itself and as suggested we left our traveller there and took the local toto and left for the day trip.but it's very disgusting to see the person in charge behaviour towards ladies and other's when we are back. There was no vehicle except our traveller still he asked us for parking charges and misbehaved. I have travelled a lot a places but never faced these type of situation. We checked in the hotel on 1-jan-2021 @7pm ist and checked out on 2-jan-2021 at 10am ist. We are back from our Day trip at 5:30 pm.
